Margaret, Patty & Brenda showed up at the exact time we agreed upon and went to work immediately after asking me what exactly I wanted done. They were very thorough. I would definitely use them again.

they even got the old bathtub clean. no one has ever been able to get those stains out before! nice job on wood floors and vacuuming very thorough.

Margaret and Francis did a fantastic job in our home--looks like we have new window panes! Margaret coordinated scheduling effectively and communicated well through the entire process. They arrived on time and after a quick walk-through they got straight to work. In the two hours they thoroughly cleaned the inside of all of windows and the blinds (17 in total plus storm doors) plus all the baseboards (every room in a ~2000 sq ft house). They also swept and vacuumed some of the rooms. Overall, outstanding job in a short amount of time.

We purchased the Angie's List deal as I was in the market for a new cleaning service. It was not only a great deal but it was an opportunity for us to try out Maid to Please with the goal of scheduling future recurring service. After purchasing online, we received a response from Margaret (owner) within the same day. I was able to schedule an appointment within one week and unfortunately I had to cancel due to getting sick. Margaret was understanding and quickly rescheduled again. Yesterday, Margaret warmly greeted us and took the time to walk through the house as we discussed what I wanted done. They immediately got to work and we felt comfortable running errands while they cleaned. I received a text message when they were done and when we arrived home, we came home to a very clean (and dust free baseboards). I'm looking forward to having Maid to Please come back on a recurring basis. I've even given my friend their information!

They were here on time for the appointment. There were two people here doing the work. I felt the price was high for what they did.

There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

Scheduling was simple. Two people completed the work in two hours. They supplied all of the cleaning products. Everything went fine overall.

Maid To Please, INC called for an initial consultation. The owner was respectful of my needs, or the lack of, before an appointment was made. Once an appointment was agreed upon Maid To Please arrive on time again both R. and M. listen to my needs. R. and M. did a fanatic job organizing over twenty years of not being organized. YES!!! I recommend Maid To Please, INC for cleaning and organizing employment.

They were OK, there were no additional charges and they came out within a few days of me scheduling the service. They showed up when they said they would and they did a good job.

The provider was very prompt in responding, unfortunately circumstances prevented me from utilizing the service at this time.

Cleaning appeared thorough, and they were very nice and professional. We were expecting more of the house to get done in the time we paid for, however they did a good job deep cleaning things like ceiling fans and windows (we had just moved into our house and it really needed a deep cleaning) Their rates were very reasonable per hour so even with the slightly slow cleaning it was still a good value, and I would use them again.

I decided I did not need the cleaning at this time so I have cancelled and requested a refund. When I spoke to the woman about cancelling she was nice.

They arrived on time and brought all cleaning supplies. They did everything I asked with thoroughness and attention to details. Very fine ladies and delightful to have around.

The attitude of all the workers was upbeat and I was enjoying "jawing" with them. The only issue I have is why they have not called me back as I want them back on a bi-weekly basis. I have used a score of cleaning services over the past 40 years and this was the BEST!!!

Very friendly.....she kept in constant contact leading up to initial appointment. Her crew and equipment were fantastic. Just gave me everything I could ask for. Very happy, satisfied. Engaging provider to retun once before christmas and once or twice a month after.

The group worked in a very happy and jovial manner and were very responsive to any request I made.

They are thorough, punctual, friendly, and very reliable.

MAID TO PLEASE HAD VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM. THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ON TIME, HOWEVER, THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
