Maid Brigade of Piedmont Triad

We use/have used Maid Brigade for bi-weekly cleaning of our home since we purchased it back in the October, 2016 time frame. Overall, we are satisfied with their work and service. We have had a couple of scheduling snafus but those have been rectified. In general, they are thorough and do a good job cleaning. However, in my experience, the quality of their work depends on what team members they send on a particular day. Prior to our last bi-weekly cleaning I expressed some concern with the cleanliness of our hardwood floors after the team was finished. The manager(s) did a really great job of following-up on our satisfaction after they left on that particular visit. Additionally, the operations manager showed up at my home that day while the team was cleaning to ensure that the floors were attended to in an acceptable manner; I really appreciated the follow through. If they continue to provide the level of service (cleanliness) that they did on that particular visit, we will be extremely satisfied.

They were very reasonable priced. I am not sure that they are the cheapest, but they are a well established company. They clean with non-toxic cleaners and we have two young children so that was important. All that for a price that was very close to a competitor. It is very good quality.

The first clean was kind of a deep clean kind of thing. It cost more than the reoccurring one that we have now. The main that stand out is that we are not normally there when they come to clean. We leave the door open for them, so they are very trustworthy. Besides being trustworthy, the quality of their work is very good.

They do it bi-weekly. I think we started with them last summer sometime.They do excellent work. Everything is neat and clean when I get home. They do everything they said they would do.

Satisfactory as far as I can remember.

They were pretty prompt with their service, however I wouldn't say they're the most thorough.

I sent a previous review stating I never used this service, but apparently it wanted a letter grade- so I'm just putting in all Cs.

They didn't come to my home. The prices were too high.

They've normally been a wonderful company. I've had them clean my home several times, but this time they did a lackluster job. On top of that, they've charged me $32 more than what I'm used to. I complained about this previously, and was told that Tommy would be getting in touch with me. I've never heard from him.

It went well. They could have done better service and better work. The quality is poor.

They came through when they did a decent job but, $215, are you kidding me, to clean my house, I don't think so! I will not be calling them back. It was too expensive. One of the ladies spoke no English which made it a little difficult for me to communicate with her.

Maid Brigade has cleaned my house every two weeks since April 2015. I can honestly say that I have been thoroughly pleased with their work every time. I like that they came to my house before giving me a quote, and took notes about my preferences. They are always on time. I also like the little touches they do, such as making tissue "flowers" in my tissue boxes and the way they tuck in the pillowcases.

They were very very good and I would recommend them to anyone. Stacey was very helpful and had great customer service.

They did a good job. Everything was good. I would recommend them. I've used them a few times now. We're happy with it.

I was using another provider that kept sending new people every week and so, there was no consistency-I had to re-explain everything every week. The other company was also not doing the kind of work that they should be. I therefore went on Angie's List, found what I was looking for and they have been awesome and do an awesome job.

Excellent! They were very good. They are very good workers and they use good products. They are very hard working and I was very satisfied with the work and they are coming back.

I initially called Maid Brigade after struggling with finding cleaning help that would really CLEAN, not do maintenance work, which is that my time allows me to do. I have to say that I am VERY particular (read- picky) with how my house is cleaned since I keep a very tidy, neat and clean home even with dogs inside full time. All that being said, I must tell you that they did a fantastic job!!! Attention to detail was paid in all the cleaning they did. The dusting was top notch, the bathrooms are gleaming and my floors are fantastic! That says a lot since I know cleaning floors with dog hair can be a challenge, I know... I vacuum every day! The price IS higher than what I was paying a couple of ladies to come to my house, but the cleaning is superior. This is a luxury for me given how much it costs, however I'm willing to give up other things in order to have quality of life. Brandon, the field manager, came to my house to a**** the cost because it did seem a bit pricy at first. He was very professional, thorough in his explanations and careful in his inspection of my home, looking for detailed items that I pointed out and taking notes. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.As it turns out I had looked here for reviews and the same day got a coupon in the mail., It was a sign and I'm glad I listened!

They do a good job. They are punctual. They bring their own cleaning supplies. Two housecleaners come out for me each time.

They show up when they say they will,and overall do a good job. I'm kinda of picky, so we point out things that may have been missed, they encourage feedback on each visit by suppling a survey card, and they correct on the next visit.

The ladies arrived but I was not able to easily communicate with them since they barely understood English. When I asked them what instructions they had been given they looked at each other and at me and starting to speak to each other in Spanish (which I don't speak or understand and think is incredibly rude) I asked that they contact their boss and he told me they had gone over the instructions that morning before starting out for the day. They did not agree and I asked them to leave. Workers that are sent to provide services to customers should be prepared by their supervisors and be able to talk about and perform the expectations of the customer. I will not use this company again.
