Lee was very professional and made my home inspection a breeze. He meticulously went over every part of the house and treated the inspection as if it were himself buying the house. He took the time to explain all findings to me and answer any questions that I had. I have had a home inspection completed in the past and I felt like the guy who did it just rushed through it trying to find a few things here and there to make it seem like he was doing his job. Tim was very professional and prompt. His contract was very clear and set expectations. We had an opportunity to meet him in person and he was very welcoming and thankful for the business. I must say I did not know what to expect. But when I met lee he put me to ease. He was prompt and on time. He is very through and detailed in his approach. I think he left no stone unturned. So I will say he did an excellent job, and would recommend him to any one needing a home inspection.

I had no idea that an inspection could be so detailed. I would only recommend Lee for a home inspection. He was so detailed and thorough. I must admit I was nervous because you hear story about bad inspections and the new home owner is stuck with a bunch of surprises. That was not the case! Lee left no rock unturned. And for the items that needed attention, he gave some suggestions for how to correct it. I am exceptionally pleased with his services!

Lee was very professional and thorough in his inspection of the home. I felt comfortable trusting his decisions and observations of the home, knowing he had my best interest in mind. Unlike most inspectors he sat down with me and my real estate agent and walked through everything he inspected. He went over all concerns and provided suggestions for what needed to be done. Overall it was a very easy process and would use him again in the future for any inspection needs.

Mr. Boyd was amazing! He was highly responsive and fairly priced. He arrived at the appointment early and conducted a really thorough examination. He even went above and beyond and fixed some items in the home. He stayed around to talk with the contractor and explained in detail everything that needed to be fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the latest codes. Then he sent my report early!! He was a blessing to me , he alleviated all is my concerns and it felt like I had someone in my corner. I highly recommend him and will be recommending him in the future !

My only criticism is the slow responsiveness of this inspector *after* he did the job. He was very friendly and helpful during my inquiries while I was searching for an inspector. I chose him because he had good ratings and was able to give me a small discount compared to other companies which was great. But after the job was done I emailed and called to get his overall opinion on what he saw. He has not replied to the email during the important time I needed to know the information. He hasn't responded even when I resent it to him. Now it has been 7 days since my first email was sent. This is the only thing that I am upset about and would recommend improvement on. Other than that the inspector seems to very competent and passionate in his field.

Lee was recommended by my agent and I could not be more grateful for it. He was extremely thorough, professional, and patient in answering all our questions. Due to a short deadline, I needed a favor from Lee and asked that he stop by a few days before the actual inspection to get a sample for the bacterial water test (from the well) and put the radon test kit out. I’m so appreciative of him not only doing so but also being very understanding of my situation. Buying a house is a huge investment and finding a reliable home inspector is a crucial first step. Being new to the area, we went with the home inspector that our realtor recommended. It ended up being a less than pleasing experience, so much so that I researched around for another inspector. I am so glad to have found Mr. Boyd. He was able to come to the home on short notice and on a Saturday! He was friendly, professional and just an easy going gentleman who was happy to work for us. On top of that he took his time to inspect every inch (within limits) of the home and explain his findings in detail. His experience as a licensed contractor is an added bonus. His work and thoroughness was above and beyond. The icing on the cake was that the report he provided was easy to read and included pictures and descriptions that were very detailed. Thanks to Mr. Boyd, several issues (quite a few major) were found that the previous inspector totally missed. With his help, we were more knowledgeable of the home and prepared to request repairs needed. His findings will potentially save us thousands in the long run. I wish we found Lee from the beginning, but I am truly thankful he was able to provide his services to us. Please don't waste your time with anyone else, Mr. Boyd's work is top notch and will not disappoint!
