Jonathon was great. He was responsive to our inquiries and provided some good alternatives to our original ideas. He was very easy to work with. We were looking for a specific countertop and he was able to find it using a new supplier (he even set up an appt with them where we could walk through the showroom to find the specific piece of marble for our bathrooms). His lead assistant (Chris) was great too. Very professional and easy to work with and does an excellent job. I also liked that Jonathon broke down his labor costs from the direct material costs and even provided me the exact invoices for the materials that he paid for (no mark up on materials!). Now we are looking for other jobs for Jonathon to work on our house.....

HousePro did a fantastic job upgrading our two bathrooms. All work was done in a very professional manner with great attention to detail. The work involved ripping out a fiberglass shower/tub combo in a guest bath and a fiberglass shower and separate tub in the master bath. The guest bath tub/shower combo was replaced with a porcelain covered steel tub with tiled walls, while a single large tiled shower was built in the master. New quartz vanity countertops were installed in both baths. In addition, there were a number of other items which HousePro took care of (e.g. wall cabinet install, closet build, toilet move, new bathroom lighting). Demolition work took a day for the guest and about 2 days for the master. Jonathon was very easy to work with and provided a lot of guidance to us regarding our choices for tile, tub/shower trim, quartz, etc. There were several hidden issues which cropped up only after the old tub/showers had been ripped out, but Jonathon handled everything with ease. Very important to note that unlike some contractors, Jonathon did not mark up any items which he obtained for the work. Our cost was his cost. At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned and all work materials were neatly stored. Jonathon's communications with us were excellent. He and his team showed up on time and worked full days, usually starting at 8am and ending at 4pm. The finished results exceeded my initial expectations. Jonathon gave us a very fair price for the work and stuck with his labor quote even though some of the hidden issues required more work on his part. I highly recommend HousePro Home Improvement if you're considering a bathroom upgrade.

Working with House Pro Home Improvement was very easy. Both bathrooms were partially remodeled and some existing items were not replaced. Jonathan was easy to work with, and Rob did outstanding work. No only did we received regular updates on the project, but every night everything was neatly stored and the area cleaned up. All questions were answered very promptly, and details were discussed on the phone or at home. Some of the remodeling required wall tiles to be removed and later placed back, and there were also some new tiling required where we replaced a large jetted tub with a smaller one. Again, Rob did such a good job on both that it looks as if everything was re-done. I have waited a few months to write the review to see if any items needed fixing after House Pro completed the project, but so far everything is working exactly as it should and we did not need House Pro to come back for any issues. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Overall, very well and we are extremely pleased with the results! I had contacted 3 other contractors/companies for this job over the prior year (one other from Angie's List) and either they couldn't do what I wanted, or, did not get back to me with an estimate (after a home consult had already been done and went well!). I chose HousePro after reading several reviews, specifically about the kind of work that I was interested in. We had our garden tub converted to a walk-in shower with rain head shower and handheld, a glass panel and no door, and glass panel over a knee wall. We have a rather large window on one wall and I wanted to keep the natural light so that was a bit of a challenge for other contractors, but not for HousePro. We also had a new fan/light/heater installed (right over open shower entry for winter time), our old stall shower converted back to drywall (for a mini closet), floor tile replaced, new vanity cabinet and top, toilet replaced, new bars and hardware. The project began a little later than expected and took longer than expected, but I'm learning that is fairly common, with unexpected delays and scheduling conflicts, etc. The initial review and estimate was with Greg, the owner, and then Jonathan worked with me to decide on and clarify details. We did change a few things along the way, and Jonathan was very receptive and helpful, listening to what I wanted and explaining some pros and cons since (I learned) many products and procedures had changed in the last decade. There was one thing I wanted to do that didn't make it into the estimate and I didn't realize that, so by the time I did ask about it, it was too late in the project. So that's a reminder to myself to be sure to look over the estimate closely, for (what I felt was) a large project. The guys were courteous and professional. Austin, the tile installer, did an amazing job, which was also commented on by my painters. I often wanted to observe and learn and the guys were always willing to answer my (many) questions. On a couple of occasions, I was expecting someone in the morning, which became the afternoon, which then became the next day, but I was almost always informed of the delays. Luckily I work from home so it was not an issue.

The House Pro Team, from the initial quote to the final bill presentation, could not have been more professional, helpful or reliable. They walked us through all issues related to helping my mother age in place safely in her home, and helped her make the "right" decisions for safety etc, when my husband and I were unable to convince her to do so. Amazing! They were prompt, trustworthy, meticulous, very conscientious, and we could not be happier with the work they performed. We would hire them again in a minute and felt they were equally invested in creating a safe space for my mother. Thank you!!

It went fantastically well. Greg Morgan came out and look at the job and was able to provide me with a comprehensive quote. He was helpful in designing the bathroom as as I was not sure exactly what I wanted and what I could afford. I had to get on their waitlist but they began when they promised. I was VERY pleased with the finished bathroom. I found all of the workmen to be very pleasant and respectful. They took care to protect the wood floors. The individual that did the tile work it an outstanding job. I will surely use HousePro for future projects.

Very pleased. Did the work very professionally. Had a bit of an issue with the granite top but worked through it. Not the contractors fault.

We could not be more pleased with the results. Had the work done in between Thanksgiving and Christmas and had a family funeral which did cause some delays. The delays were with the subcontractors and not House Pro people. Greg, Jonathon, Rob and Pat were easy to work with and very knowledgeable and reliable. They helped us with the overall layout and made some very helpful recommendations. The quality of their work is exceptional and when we found minor issues they were very quick to correct them. Jonathon was always accessible to answer any questions and very quick to respond. The final cost (less upgrades we made) was right on plan and we had no surprises. Would definitely hire them again.

All problems or issues were brought to my attention immediately and were handled as fast - kept the place clean around their work area and were great to work with. Jonathon was the lead but Robert & Rob did a great job. We even had some custom wood trim that needed matching and they made that happen as well. We will contact them for anything we have in the future -

I'm very pleased with the new walk-in shower. I will definitely use HousePro again and would recommend them. Jonathan was the project manager and he stopped by frequently to check on the work and address any questions/concerns I had. He was easy to work with, and he gave me invaluable recommendations. He patiently and politely explained why an item would be better than the one I initially wanted. Clearly, he's a subject matter expert and I'm not. However, he educated me without implying I didn't know anything. (That's very different from another company that quoted the project using vinyl. They tried unsuccessfully to convince me that I wanted vinyl when I did not.) Robert was the hands-on person who removed the old tub/shower unit, did framing, water-proofing, tile, fixtures, and door installation. He was meticulous and professional. He was also very easy to work with; he made a minor modification to the bench so that it better met my needs. Only one unexpected issue came up. One of the walls wasn't plumb which wasn't noticeable with the old unit in place. Jonathan proposed a solution that was very budget friendly so naturally I agreed. Robert implemented the "fix" which worked really well. Aside from this "surprise", everything was done exactly as outlined in the quote. Note: The project cost was approximately $7200 less an Angie's List coupon for $250.

Working with this company was great. Jonathan Lawson was our project lead. He was always on time and always kept us informed of any delays. He is a perfectionist and did an outstanding job on our shower stall, back splash and under cabinet lighting. We are extremely pleased with the results of this project. The granite counter top was installed by Pro Stone. We did experience a lot of dust from sawing the tub and shower but we had anticipated it as friends of our had this done recently and they warned us, but it was a mess. Jonathan put up plastic to reduce this mess, but the dust was insidious. Carpet was put done everyday to protect the floors and he cleaned up every night. The project took longer than we anticipated, but we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Both the bath and kitchen look great.

We chose HousePro based on the reviews on Angie’s List and we definitely feel that we made the right choice. We had several people bid our job for a remodel on our master bathroom, as well as some additional work on our hall bathroom. One of the things that struck me most was the honesty that Greg demonstrated when he came out for the initial meeting. Rather than just listen to my ideas, he made suggestions on how to save money, especially knowing that this wasn’t going to be our “forever home”. No one else did that when quoting the job. Most contractors/designers made suggestions on how to create a lovely bathroom, but their suggestions would’ve also cost us a lot more money! He had great ideas, all of which we implemented. Their operations manager, Jonathon, was extremely knowledgeable, talented, and professional. He asked a lot of questions to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. He also made suggestions when we weren’t sure about our answers, such as suggesting a much higher shower wall and door given that my husband is 6’5”. He managed the project like a pro, was easily approachable, always accessible, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the process. Sometimes with remodeling projects one runs into unforeseen wrinkles. This happened during our job, but again HousePro took amazing care of us. We felt like they treated us like family, always professional, and always quick to advise us on how to handle everything. Our job timeline was right before Christmas, and we had a hard deadline since we had family coming in to visit us. They had both bathrooms operational for us on time. They stand by their work and offer a fantastic warrantee. Both my husband and I would recommend HousePro to friends and family without reservations; in fact, we already have!

It went very well. We changed our minds several times and they never once winced or complained. The job was installed on time even though we ran into a plumbing problem which they fixed with ease. I would rate HousePro as probably the best contractor we have ever hired. The owner was easy to work with. The installer was here everyday on time and his workmanship is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing a home improvement job.

HousePro has completed several projects for us in the last four years. We have used them for kitchen cabinet work, a full bath remodel, updates in our finished basement, and electrical work around our 50-year-old house. They have done a great job each time. You can rely on them to get the job done efficiently and beautifully. They are very easy to work with and completely dependable. We are planning to remodel another bathroom next year and wouldn't consider working with anyone else.

Recently had a bath to shower conversion done [r/t injuries from motorcycle accident]. I had 4 quotes from leading companies and the way it worked out the last one was Greg @ HousePro Home Improvement. The other quotes were $5,200, $9,100, and $5,300, Some were like buying a car with high pressure ‘sign now and well give you a discount …’ – been there done that – no thanks! I have made a personal decision long ago that I never make a quick decision – I always sleep on it – always!! So by the time Greg came I was almost ready to just forget it. Greg came in with no pressure at all, looked the project over, quoted $2,875, and was OK if I slept on it. Didn’t need to I had already searched BBB, any reviews ….. all good!!! That wasn’t all -- they could do the job the next week – wow! The guys that came and did the work was very professional and friendly, kept my floors and stuff covered or protected. Excellent work and very happy with the whole experience . I would strongly recommend them to anyone, - and will use them again if needed. Thanks Guys and Greg!!!!

HousePro recently completed a full remodel of my kitchen. The results are spectacular and, as usual, the HousePro crew exceeded my already high expectations for them. Greg devoted a lot of time at the start in determining exactly how I could make better use of the space. He and project manager Jonathon made many inspired and practical design suggestions that have completely transformed my kitchen. The quality of their work is world-class. They maintain a detailed project plan, and regularly communicate their progress. A kitchen remodel can disrupt your daily life, but Jonathon went to great lengths to make sure I had as much functionality as possible at the end of each day. He always let me know what was coming next so that I would be ready. The HousePro team is reliable, hard-working, and professional. They are also very personable and a pleasure to have working in your home. Believe me, that?s important when you are tackling a complex remodeling project. This was my second major project with HousePro ? last year they did an overhaul of a bathroom suite. I have become so confident in HousePro?s professionalism, fairness, and quality that I no longer seek bids from other contractors for home improvement projects. If I want quality work done right, I call HousePro.

The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The design and craftsmanship with the tile was great. The deck was everything we wanted and more. The workmen were all quite knowledgeable their craft and all of the work was done on time. No problems!!

We were in the market for a home improvement specialist to complete various repairs/improvements to our house. HousePro is BBB accredited which is most important to us when researching businesses. The manager, Greg Morgan, promptly came out to give us an estimate of the work. The project manager, Jonathan Lawson, was extremely professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner and we could not be more pleased with the results. HousePro is our go-to from now on!

I'm not sure how to convey just how delighted I was with this remodeling project. Start to finish, it was a fabulous experience! I had had TERRIBLE luck with contractors previously (one put a shower drain through a floor joist, which resulted in $13K in water damage; the same contractor installed the shower door so that it opened inward, directly against code; another put unpaintable caulk on the cedar siding of the house -- inexcusably stupid things from supposed "professionals"), so it was with some trepidation that I contacted HousePros. Greg Morgan won me over immediately -- perhaps because we're contemporaries -- and he allayed all my fears from the start. When I had a question or a wish (I changed from wanting a beadboard wainscot to a board and batten wainscot midstream with no issues, for example), either Greg or Jake simply reassured me that whatever it was, it could be done. Period. The entire renovation went perfectly for me (I hope Jacob feels the same!). I was amazed to watch one man handle all the demolition and removal of old tub/toilet/vanity single-handed . . . . and even more amazed to watch him install the new tub and surround, toilet, vanity, lighting, paint, and flooring single-handed. Jacob was fabulous. If I had had small children, I would have had NO qualms about having him around them unsupervised (he showed me photos of his adorable kids, and it's clear that family is very important to him). He cleaned up after himself daily (even more than necessary, really), he was quiet, polite, efficient, and he tolerated my four crazy dogs (who also loved him, which is usually telling in itself). It's clear that he enjoys his work. It was telling that he seemed to get excited about the paint color I had stumbled upon in the mis-tint section at Lowe's; he painted a swatch on the wall and said, "I think you have your color here!" He admitted the flooring installation was challenging (1"white tiles with a black center tile in a very Victorian looking pattern), but he did a masterful job. There was literally NO cleanup I had to do once he was finished. NONE. The only trace he left in the house was a small scratch on the already-scratched kitchen flooring made by something heavy he was moving in from the truck. (I'm throwing that in just so people won't think I'm blind to any imperfections . . . ) The craftsmanship was meticulous, and I was so delighted with the results that I had Greg send out another crew soon after to replace all my ugly hollow-core interior doors with nice paneled solid doors. Again, a fabulous experience start to finish. YES, I could have had my bathroom remodeled for a little bit less than I paid HousePros. Would I hire them again, knowing that? ABSOLUTELY. Yes, yes, and yes. (This wasn't an expensive remodel by any stretch of the imagination, with the total cost in the $6500 range; I know bathroom remodels can run into many multiples of this amount, but I have simple and inexpensive tastes.) The bathroom now makes me smile every time I walk into it. Based on my experience with Greg Morgan and HousePros, I cannot recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH. They're terrific! I was thrilled when a friend hired them to do some work at her house based on my recommendation. Reasonable pricing, exceptional craftsmanship, prompt completion of the job, minimal fuss and muss in the house, clear communication (Jacob would call to let me know if he was going to be later than anticipated because of a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot to pick up supplies on the way to the house in the morning), no unpleasant surprises, and the absolute certainty that the work I was getting was exactly what Greg and Jacob would want in their own homes ------- PLUS a bathroom that now makes me happy! -- it just doesn't get better than that! Hire these folks! You won't be disappointed.

This was our second major remodel project with this company. I will never use anyone but House Pro again. The whole experience is as professional as it gets. The owner has a background in business consulting and he runs this one like a fine tuned machine. The estimate is very detailed and no surprises. His employees are clean cut and well spoken and led by a Master Craftsman. There are so many details and decisions along the way, and without their help, alot of money could have been wasted making a bad decision. Since the owner takes care of go sees and estimates, the employees show up everyday untill its done. No running to do bids for new jobs instead if working on yours. Our new bathroom and ktchen has improved the quality of our lives so much. I can't thank House Pros enough!

I emailed pictures of the rotten wood and the broken downspouts and I was able to get an estimate without having to meet someone at the house. The area of the house (near 2 windows) that had the wood rot was a constant problem because rain water had nowhere to drain. They came up with a creative solution to the problem so that it would never recur. They purchased all the supplies needed in advance, avoiding trips back and forth to the hardware store on the day of the work. I added to their work list up until the last minute and they were easily able to handle any jobs I gave them and very agreeable to adding to the list. My handyman, Michael Snyder, was very professional, worked quickly and tidied up all areas. They were considerate of my budget, keeping in mind that the work was being done in advance of selling my house. They emailed an invoice the next day with a copy of the receipt for materials (at cost). They warranty their work for 2 years. I've never used a handyman service before but this experience was excellent. They can do it all!
