Mr .Goode and his crew worked for us on three separate occasions. Two were regular tree trimming jobs and the service was excellent. He showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would, provided a fair estimate and stuck to it. We also called on him for an emergency tree removal after a tree split and fell into the neighbor's yard. He was there the next day and it was taken care of. He even invoiced me on the job as I had moved out of town. Exemplary individual and exemplary work.

I called them in the morning and they had delivered as promised that very same afternoon. They took the time to neatly place and stack the bales next to our driveway.

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, the provider was asked to produce a design and estimate to renew gardens surrounding our home that had aged out. That design failed to address all elements of the renewal project. Subsequently, we hired a garden designer to specify a more suitable layout and selection of plants and shrubbery. We then asked the provider to come out again to use the design from the garden designer to provide a new estimate. The provider compiled and sent a second estimate at twice the cost but it failed to address a few items that were in the design that the provider had previously agreed to perform. We called the provider telling him the estimate was fine as long as included the two or three items that he had not specified in his estimate. He said he would call back. He did. He announced that he had a large commercial job and would be unable to perform the job until the fall but would understand if we went with another landscaper. We said the delay was satisfactory and would look forward to his performing the work in the fall. We had also given the provider a list a lawn related tasks that he said his son could perform. He had provided a separate estimate of $2000 for the task requested. This was not lawn mowing service. He was told that the $2000 was satisfactory but we requested to be billed for each visit. He said his son would call. Four weeks later and summer fast coming nothing has been heard from the provider or his son. I don’t mind being fired as a client but this is no way to treat me. Caveat emptor.

The work was performed exactly as we requested. The shrubbery was removed and new planting beds prepared.
