FRESH COAT

The crew showed up late everyday by about 4 to 5 hours and they also got paint all over my hardwood floors. The paint was the wrong color in the kitchen and the job took twice as long as they had promised. After the crew was finished the whole job had to be repainted because of the streaks in all the walls. I called the owner every day because of the tardiness and mess and he did not seem to care.

The paint job was nothing better than I could have done myself. They were late every single day, and went over schedule by 3 days. They failed to contact me when they were not going to arrive on certain days. They left paint splatters on the floor, and on the trim. They also left trash and empty paint cans in my yard. They also failed to put the switch plates back on my walls. The attitude of the 3 people that I worked with was completely unprofessional.

I had to have them come out because of the bleeding from the original painting. He became argumentative when he claimed he could not see the bleeding. There were drip spots that were not cleaned up. The attitude of the second guy was not very nice.
