Description of Work: I had them install wood flooring, mounding and shelves. They were on time, professional and affordable. Extremely nice folks! I give them an "A". I'll be using them again.

Description of Work: We had new unfinished solid hardwood (~500 sq. ft.) installed, sanded and coated, and had existing hardwood (~620 sq. ft) refinished with water based polyurethane coating. We also had all the wood tied in, so it looks same throughout all rooms, no transitions on wood, only with existing tile. The floor looks excellent except one spot where the coating is slightly darker and spotty. It is a big improvement on the previous floor which was faded only in certain areas. |The work was performed by subcontracted hand, not direct employees. |The initial quote was less than what we ended up paying because of the transition from the new floor to the existing. We highly recommend to get the owner on site if you're going to get a quote and check all measurements. |There was also some inconvenience due to the fact we were waiting to move, and it did take them two extra days than what we thought. The house wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we moved in and we had ran out of time. |The owners of the business are nice and friendly.

Description of Work: They installed a hardwood floor in our family room which had previously been carpeted. They showed up on time, worked very steadily, and were knowledgeable about to do the work. Only one small glitch. In one corner of the room they ran out of wood with a 3 x 8 section left to complete. They quickly responded with an emergency order and completed thei work to our complete satisfaction.

Short and sweet....immediately got a professional estimate, able to schedule the work for the following week, crew showed up exactly on time and did the work in a day when it was originally scheduled for two. Listened to everything that I needed and gave me perfect product, installation and exemplary service.

Description of Work: New owners have taken over this business. I called with a problem with our kitchen floor that I wanted someone to take a look at. The owner came out promptly and was very nice and very professional. He said he would look into it and called me back when he said he would. He's great. He told me that another man would contact me & come out to also take a look and repair the problem. The repair man is the one that is definitely not reliable nor professional. He had promised to call & tell me when he'd be able to be here --- none of it accurate! Never called, and of course never came. 2 1/2 weeks later, I called the owner & told him to tell his repair person not to come. No service was performed. We don't feel we can rely on this company.
