I was extremely pleased with the work Don performed. I was a first time home buyer and so the whole process was a little overwhelming. Don took the time to explain his findings. He walked me around the house to point out issues. His final report even included pictures of everything he checked so that both buyer and seller could see the problems. I had worked with another inspector a few months back and he showed me none of this courtesy. Thank you Don, I really appreciated your thoroughness and honesty. Awesome! They saved me a ton of money and a huge mistake! The house was already listed at the top of the price range and they found all kinds of damage that had just been painted over or hidden. It would have cost me another $10K just to move in with all the damage they were able to show me. Thankfully I was able to back out before it was too late. I called Exceptional Home Inspections on Monday 4/18 and they came out on the 21st. The arrived on time and appeared clean and professional. We chatted and walked around the property. Don pointed out issues and potential issues and took the time to explain the what's and why's to me as we went. Having Don and Brad come out brought many issues to my attention and ended up saving me from purchasing a home that would have been a true money pit. I would definitely call them again. In fact they are inspecting another house for me next week! Thanks Don and Brad!
