Triad Dog Fence came to give me a free estimate for my multiple dogs. Alex worked with me to make payments. Easily fit me into their schedule. Set up their system without any hassles. They even went out of their way to find me 7 different collars for these dogs. I have continued to rave about this company to my pet owning friends it makes taking the dogs out a breeze. I haven’t had any issues with the equipment or the company but in the beginning when I had any questions they answered every phone call promptly and helped me work out any training issues I was having. It went excellently. They came and surveyed the property to see where we wanted the fence line. They gave us a reasonable price at that time. They returned and installed the fence and explained how it worked and how we needed to train our puppy to use it. All contact with them has been prompt and professional.

During the initial meeting, Alex spent enough time to ensure that I had a complete understanding of the products and services they offered as well as her having a complete understanding of our individual needs. Each family is different and every pet is an individual. Therefore, there is no "one-size-fits-all" training method, and having a trainer who understands dog behavior is paramount. This is where these owners excel. They made the process simple and set us up for success from the beginning. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has the need for safe and effective pet containment.

It went great. He sent us the parts we needed and explained how to do it.

We thought it would go well. However, when the company showed up last Friday, their digging equipment broke and they could not bury the fence wiring as needed. They left it out on the lawn and told my husband they would be back to bury it as soon as they could. First time either my husband and I heard back from them was yesterday (Tuesday) morning. I received a message on my cell phone stating that they planned on coming out Wednesday morning between 9:30 and 10:30 am to finish the job. I left them a message back saying that that was great, and that I had someone at the house when they came. I got another voicemail from them stating that they weren't sure about dealing with someone other than me, but they planned on being here at same time. I left them a message telling them that the time was fine, and I could be here. I did not hear back. I stayed home from work this morning and called them at 8 am to touch base. This time I was told that "they had jobs scheduled" and they'd have to play it by ear" and weren't sure if they could come out. My husband also called them to let them know he wasn't extremely happy about this. We paid $1600 for this job; it isn't finished, and I am sitting home from work waiting for someone who has decided that new installations are more important than finishing an existing job with problems that are their fault. We've had an exposed wire on our lawn for 6 days, but it seems that since the company got our money, we are no longer a priority. Very disappointed.

I called first to get some information about the product and the cost. I was surprised to find out that the cost was mainly in how many animals were to be enclosed by the fence, not the linear foot. I have a small-medium size dog weighing in around 15 lbs. and 2 others less than 5 lbs.or right at 5lbs. The main reason was to keep Inky my agility dog in the back yard and not visiting the neighbors who put food out to feed crows or taking trips on the golf course to visit the golfers. Inky is young just turned 2 years old in June. First Alex came out to see the property and to meet Inky and the other two tiny tots. We spend over an hour talking about the product which she had in a suitcase/briefcase for use to see how it works. We could even test out the shock that is sent to the dog when the dog crosses into the forbidden area. Then Alex and I took a walk around the back yard. In one week 2 guys came out I was surprised they were going to work in 95 degree heat, but they did. We set up 2 zones. They put white flags around the zone area so that Inky will learn that this is where the line is. Inky can go in the back and if I want her in the front with me while watering the Hydrangeas not a problem she can go their also fully protected by the Fence. The 2 guys taught me how to work Inkys collar which I forgot after they left. But while they were there they taught me to keep her on a leash, all she would hear on the collar was a "tone" to start with. This tone was to teach her to she was entering the forbidden zone. We all walked around the yard, and we all heard the tone when Inky got to close. A week later I though I had set the collar up where she would get a minor correction and there she went out of the backyard. So I went to turn it up again, and there she went again. I called Alex, and told her I have messed up can you come out and help me. She was their within 24 hours. As nice and polite as always. She showed me how to work the collar again, This time I got it. So it went up to a level 3, and there went Inky to visit the neighbors food that she puts out. This time I put the collar up again to level 4. A 4 is Inkys level she gets near it but doesn't go over. Inky is stilling being tested with this. Unfortunately we have a neighbor who puts food out to feed of all things CROWs. Who knows what else she feeds along with the crows, chipmunks, possums but it is not Inky.

David was on time & finished the installation quickly. He was very patient as he trained me to train our problem pooch.

Everything turned out great! He helped train the dogs, and they were trained within one day.

Dave and his group are very professional and passionate about what they do. They explained the system from how it operates to how it would be installed at our home. Most importantly they helped in the training process of our dog. He has already come back for follow up training as promised. I would highly recommend Triad Dog Fence.

Very impressed, Alex came out first and went through everything, no hard sell at all. Dave turned up right on time despite snow covering the ground. Explained everything once it was installed. Alex has since followed up with a call to check in and I know if I have any issues I can just call them. Very impressive service, would and do recommend.

Tony quickly found the problem and fixed it. he is always very professional and I have never had a complaint about him

They were very professional and cost a little less than Invisible Fence quoted. They only did an initial training session the day of the install with my dog compared to follow-up training that Invisible Fence advertises. But I was able to handle the daily follow-up training myself & my dog responded great. We love our new fence & the freedom it offers our dog to roam our whole propoerty. Plus so much less expensive than a wooden or iron fence!

Got tired of chasing breaks and listening to beeping every time it rained with our self installed unit. Triad Dog Fence installed a totally new unit in a short time. They were very friendly and did a great job! Everything is working GREAT!!

This is such a great way to go! Dave Spain is friendly and professional. I trained three dogs to the fence. No breakthroughs. My dogs know the perimeter, respect if and enjoy their FREEDOM on 2 acres. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fence!! I absolutely knew Bella was trained when no deer, other dog or rabbit could entice her across the fence!

Dave arrived on time. After I explained that our invisible fence was not working Dave located the problem and repaired the fence. He discovered a break in the wire where an animal chew through the wire. He asked to see our dog collars to make sure they were working properly. Very prompt and very professional.

Perfectly. The new system is far superior to the previous one. One of the 3 dogs was gutsy enough to run through the older fence periodically but does not attempt it anymore.

I was surprised at how quickly the total installation was completed. There was no mess in the yard and the wiring was completely out of sight. Colorful flags were set around the yard and I was taught how to first get my dogs to pay attention to the flags by walking them around on a leash before the fence was turned on. After about a week the fence was turned on and I continued to walk the dogs around on a leash for about another week I worked with each dog, individually for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. I was amazed at how quickly they learned to stay within the perimeter. I no longer have to keep the tied or worry about their getting hurt because they went off the property. They have freedom to run around and I have freedom from worring about their safety. Dave Spain is exceptional in his work ethics and professionalism. In my book Triad Dog Fence and Dave are the best thing that could have happened for me and my dog.
