Diversified Fence Builders is a company which specializes in installing commerial and residential fencing in the Triad area and surrounding communites. We are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau and have an A+ rating. We offer aluminum and vinyl fencing with a lifetime product warranty. We also install chain link, custom wood, split rail, farm fence and much more. All fence types and styles come with a one year warranty on workmanship. We offer quality products without breaking your wallet. We carry all the necessary insurance to do residential and commerical fencing (General liabilty and Workers comp). Description of Work: Diversified Fence Builders installed approximately 151 feet of (6') semi-private vinyl fence with 2 four-foot gates. The new fence looks great and provides us with a nice, private area around our house.

Description of Work: Started on time but delayed finishing the installation due to being one section of fence short. . Follow up on repairs was slow coming and never completed. (the damage was not their fault)

This fence was installed for his daughter, whom we never talked to during the entire process. Work Completed Date: he shows 6/3/14—this was the date the original estimate for the fence was done. We then had to wait for him to talk with his daughter and make a decision. Deposit was paid and contract signed on 7/2/14. Next, we had to order the aluminum material, wait for their approval from their Home Owner Association (I showed calls were made on 7/14 & 7/18 to ask about this). We had them set up for install for 7/30/14 and the fence was installed on that date. Approximate Cost: Customer shows on the info to Angie’s List $7000.00 The cost to him (daughter) was $5,025.00. Description of Work: Stated that we were short one section. The father changed the placement of fence the morning of the install. The extra material was ordered, OVER NIGHTED WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO CUSTOMER. DFB received the additional fencing the next day and installed and finished install. There again, no additional cost even though they made the fence larger, we took care of the cost for our customer. We received a call from him on 10/3/14 that the fence was damaged. We ordered new parts to be installed and called and left a message that we had the parts and needed to set a date for the repair. We left message on 10/15 and 10/21 and he never called us back. Also, He inquired about additional aluminum fence and we got a price for him and again he never responded (Date prior to the 10-3-14 call). There was definitely a break down in communication, however as you can see we keep very organized records of everything. Our goal for all customers is 100 percent satisfaction. Description of Work: Excellent service. We needed a wood privacy fence built quickly, around the holidays. The estimator was thorough. The office called to verify details, times, and the locater service for underground cables. The crew was on time, friendly and efficient. Very well built, and handled our request to extend the fence by several feet. The office followed up to verify we were happy. Very satisfied.
