+ -1 moreI have two concerns about the company. Having said that, I intend to stay with them. Over the years, when I have called them to respond to some unusual event (like one time the hot tub drained), they always suggest a very expensive "fix." I have learned to watch to see if the issue returns before spending more money on the pool. Also, they randomly raise their weekly maintenance charges with no prior notice. They are expensive, but I think they are worth it.
Description of Work: Creative Pools has been servicing our pool for a number of years. In addition, they completely refinished the bottom, sides and tiles. They do a beautiful job.

+ -1 moreThey responded quickly. They came out to evaluate what was wrong and then ordered the necessary part. Once it came in, they were right back out to fix it and everything has been working since then.

+ -1 moreWe have been very pleased & feel they are extremely knowledgeable. Other than repairs we've needed to make, they have suggested things we should do that improve the performance of the system & make it safer, as well as suggestions for reducing costs. They recommended taking out the diving board - this is a pool that was probably built 30 years ago. During that time the requirements have changed a lot concerning depth & distance of the bottom for diving board safety. They took it out yesterday & it was totally rotten on the inside of the board - an accident & lawsuit waiting to happen.
Description of Work: We used this pool service last summer & have just opened the pool for this season. They have opened & closed the pool, provided several needed repairs, & given us good advice on what is and is not needed. They haven't finished the current work, so I don't have the cost yet.
