I had Yellow Jackets nesting in my outer wall and which was not easy to get to the nest. But after the persistence by Steve, and 3 visits they were finally eliminated. Unfortunately I had to cut into my interior wall to remove the nest, BUT they are no longer a problem. Thank You Steve.

Punctuality indeed; either he forgot to wear shoe covers in the bedrooms or the scheduler did not tell him: I did not say anything because he was very nice although I hate street shoes in my bedrooms.

Pest control can be a difficult service to assess, except in cases of a known pest that is eliminated and where demonstrable proof of efficacy is shown. While the agent servicing our particular problem (moles) is cordial and knowledgeable, we will have to wait for a period to see if treatment was effective.

They ended up flooding my basement, it took my wife and I 3 hours to clean up their mess. They drilled holes in my cement blocks, I ask if they filled all holes up before they left, The leader say yes, but when I went down to check out after they left and paying them $560. I found at least 30 holes not filled and I had call and complain.
