The only reason I am giving them a 4 so far is because we just had them spray a few days ago. So hasn't been long enough to tell how effective yet it was. But the guy that came out was very nice and willing to answer our questions.

The technician was two hours past appointment time . The lady that came out for the inspection went thru the treatment protocol. Then she said he was meticulous and slow. He was slow not meticulous . He wasn't told what he needed to get the job going. He had little to no information, not the technician . He worked hard, he just wasn't given the information he should have had to do the work. Numerous times I had to ask him about several things that the sales & termite inspector told us would be done. I assume that she gave him little to no instructions . Spraying the inside of the home did not meet my expectations. He had to be reminded that he had not gotten all the areas of the house. Had he received more direction he would do his job well.
