We’ll worth the 3-4 week wait as Justin’s schedule stays full from so many new and returning clients! Everything went extremely well. Justin was fast to respond each time we called. We were amazed at his great prices and amazing work. He was very friendly, worked fast, and provided great pictures of before and after his repairs. Everything took around 2.5 hours start to finish when we were originally expecting 3-4. He was also exceptionally great with our dog. We will DEFINITELY be using The Chimney Sweep Experts again soon!

For five consecutive years here on our modern homestead, we have used the services of Justin at Chimney Sweep Experts to clean our nearly 100 year old chimney and wood stove. From the first day we contacted Justin five years ago, he went above and beyond. Every interaction with Justin has been professional, prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. We know he has been honest because the only source of heat for our home is a wood stove and we have never had a chimney fire. Our chimney was built around 1930 and it does not have a chimney liner. We needed a professional that would go above and beyond because our family's well-being may have depended on his honesty. Each year we would call Justin to schedule an appointment and often times it was already autumn when we contacted him because of our own lack of pre-planning. Even when his schedule was booked up for a month out, it was well worth the wait. When the day & time of our appointment was near and the forecast was expecting rain, Justin made accommodations to clean our chimney a day early! Every year Justin would gladly answer any questions we had regarding our chimney, wood stove, or anything regarding burning wood for heat. Justin always inspected the chimney first, then cleaned from above the chimney on the roof and then from within the house, taking the stove pipes apart and vacuuming inside the pipes and chimney. Justin always left our home very clean and reminded us as he left that if we needed anything or had any questions to contact him. We truly felt like we were always a priority to him, even when we had to wait for an opening in his schedule. We find it unfortunate that we will be moving out of his service area after this year, since our homestead is being sold. It has been an absolute pleasure to hire Justin. He truly is an expert in every sense of the word. In the times in which we live, finding a real professional that is respectful and honest can be hard to come by. We truly believe that anyone hiring Justin at Chimney Sweep Experts will be very glad they did!

He took time to explain to my why i had the leak. Offered options to fix. Did great job. Even though he sells fire screens, he helped me find lower cost option on Amazon when I wanted to replace my old one.

We have an old house built in 1926, which has an excellent working fireplace. Justin cleaned and made some minor repairs at a very reasonable price. He was punctual, polite and did an excellent job with a smile. He called before he came and cleaned up after the job. I wish all of our service people were like him. I feel that he is really reliable and have no hesitation in recommending him. I would definitely have him back for future work. Excellent company

Excellent. We had quotes from other contractors whom friends had heard of but hadn't actually used. The job was "large" and "serious" according to them. When Justin arrived - not only did he call to let us know he was on his way but he was punctual - he said the job was actually not very big at all and instead of just providing an estimate, he completed the work in 45 minutes (including cleanup). Justin was very professional and friendly.

From the get go, my first initial call to Justin was returned in less than two hours. Already impressed to say the least. He set up the appointment based around my schedule, not his. Met him at my house, very professional, courteous and certainly not out to charge you unnecessarily. He inspected my chimney (inside and outside) for any water damage or animal damage. Old cap had been off for several months (like 7-8) but he was still able to use it and reattach it correctly (was never attached right from the beginning, hence why it flew off in bad wind storm last year). He even coated it with a special spray to help keep it from rusting. I highly recommend Justin for all your chimney needs.

I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly he returns phone messages and the fact that he shows up right on time for appointments. Prices are reasonable, he explains what needs to be addressed now or later, and will work with your budget.

It went great. The owner showed up at the appointed time and gave me an estimate broken down by task. He ordered the chimney cap and had everything installed/repaired/cleaned within a few days. He was neat and clean, and took pictures to show me the chimney before and after. I was so pleased that I've recommended him to several friends.
