I needed electrical work done. So, Franklin came in on Monday and gave me an estimate and I was scheduled for Tuesday. Zach and Joey came on Tuesday morning and put in two dedicated circuits and exhaust/fan combo in the bathroom in my upstairs guest room. They were VERY professional and friendly. They even cleaned up after themselves with a vacuum! Their price was a third cheaper than the other company I called!! I was quite impressed and will be using Caudill for ANY of my future electrical needs. Thank you, Caudill for making this affordable on my measly teacher's salary!

We have used Caudill's Commercial Electric for more than 25 years and would highly recommend them for all your needs too!

I trusted Caudill's Electrical Com. to repair or replace my outdoor standby generator. The serviceman did nit check the outdoor generator to see if it was putting out adequate power, but instead said the transfer switch in the basement was the problem and replacing it would "solve the problem". It didn't. he then recommend I order another part which worked once and then the generator failed to come on during a subsequent power outage. When the serviceman returned he said "You need a new generator". He then told me that Caudill's couldn't order a generator because "they weren't a dealer". So, after spending nearly $3k, I'm left with nothing! I wrote two letter asking for refund and got no answer. Took them to small claims court and lost. So, I'm writing this review in hopes that others won't make the same mistake I made by calling Caudill's Electrical Company in Kernersville, NC.

Called to schedule someone to come onsite to review the work and work up a quote/estimate. The gentleman who answered the phone could barely understand what I was asking for, and this is about the 5th electrician I've called (everyone is too busy with work right now) so I have the jargon down pat. Finally he just said "ok, I will send this over to maintenance and someone will call you". Two days later, I've never heard from anyone.
