All Star Plumbing

Another plumber came out to install the water heater after having me order things that were not needed. He found an electrical problem and stopped working until that could be resolved. Within a couple hours the matter was resolved and the plumber was kept abreast throughout. He never came. Allstate Plumbing came to the rescue the next day and installed the new water heater. They were thorough and efficient, explaining everything to me. I was able to return the parts that were not needed and now have hot water. They promised to send my paid invoice so I can have my $200 water bill adjusted. I would definitely call on them again.

We've had them out about 3 times to 2 houses. Easy to get ahold of; fast to respond. Guys are professional, skilled, respectful of the house (dirt/mess, etc), kind to my children (important to me), and each of them have been patient to take the time to address all of my (novice) questions and concerns! Prices seemed fair for time & skills (but I didn't have time to price shop, so I can't claim they were 'competitive'). The fast response time and factor of 'doing it right the first time' were more important than 'cheapest expense', especially for installations! They are our Go-To plumbers. **Only downside could be that the company/powers that be require each worker to buy his own tools; so, I was told they once in a while have to cover eachother, or run to the store to buy something (on their own dime) if they need something they don't already own. Seems odd to me...but I don't remember it being a problem on the visits we've had.

The service provided overall was good. I would use the company again.

All Star Plumbing are very polite and seem to be very competent. It was very expensive for what they did.

The problem ended up coming from a waxed seal above the ceiling, which I had them replace. I figured why they were replacing that one, that they do another to prevent the same issue from occuring at another area with a waxed seal. I think that he did a pretty good job and would use them again in the future.

The plumber was professional courteous and knowledgable. he itemized all charges which included a $30.00 TRUCK FEE!! This hidden and unheard of cost will lead me to seek other options before I call Allstar again.

He came out and gave me an estimate. I did not see everything he did. Some of the things that he said were contradictory. I do not think he knew all the stuff. He gave me a really low price to do an awful lot of work. I did not trust him as he had given a very low price because I felt he would increase the charges once the work started. He did not have set prices. So, I did not hire him. He came out very soon, though.

Called in morning and plumber arrived on time in afternoon as scheduled. Determined the problem and attempted to begin repair. Because of age and rust and corrosion of pipes, he could not get the pipe disconnected. He did not have all the tools he needed and we even furnished some things to him. After determining that he need something at the shop, he left to get more tools. Returning, he eventually broke the connector trying to loosen it. Had to wait for another to arrive. While waiting, he asked if he could go on another job, to which we agreed. After part arrived, we called him and because he was delayed at other job, he sent two other workers to complete the job. They arrived promptly and completed the job and put everything back the way it was at the meter. While it took all afternoon (without water), the job was completed to our satisfaction. The cost may have been increased because to the extra time involved and the complications of working on 35 year old pipes.

All Star did a pretty good job replacing our drain lines for us. I would recommend their services to others. I am a very strict grader so I would give them all B's for the work that they did for us. I tend to think there is room for companies and people to improve upon their skills or services, always. They were reliable and friendly, however. Overall, I was very happy with the services rendered. We probably paid somewhere under two thousand dollars for the work they did with us replacing our drain lines in our two story home. That price would reflect the new parts which needed to be installed, the old ones that needed to be removed and the fees for the work in and of itself. It was a long time ago, however, and hard to for me to remember an exact price.

I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They did excellent work and we have not had any problems. I felt like they were being honest and upfront with me. I would definitely recommend them.

We will not have this problem again as the plumber said the materials he used do not burst even if it gets frozen. I am glad for that. He was a really nice guy. They took care of us promptly. The meter and water line are both working fine now.

Our home is brand new so I am not expecting to have any plumbing trouble at this point. My builder hired and paid all of the subs so I am not familiar with them. I just know all of the plumbing is leak free and has worked perfectly since we moved in our home.

I was very pleased with the service from the company. I have called them back on many other instances. They are always on time and friendly and make sure to answer all of my questions. I would think that the price is pretty fair as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

All Star Plumbing did a really great job. All Star was recommended to us and this was the first time we used them. I would definitely hire them again if needed. I am very happy with the end result.
