Webster Landscaping is owned and operated by Sean Webster. He graduated from the College of DuPage in Glenn Ellyn, Illinois with a degree in horticulture and applied science. Later, in 1991 Sean started up Webster landscaping which specializes in commercial and residential landscaping design, installation and maintenance.

Met with Sean in 2013. It took till September 2014 for them to start. You will have to wait on them. Well worth the wait. Their professionalism was far above others. The crew showed up on time. We had them put in 6 full grown green giants. They moved 3 Crepe Myrtles and added other flowers in addition to uplighting around the Brenda. New fireplace (built from the ground up) and a 400 sq. Ft. Patio. Since this time, they have come out and done several other projects. When they were finished, they fixed the yard and put down seed and straw. Excellent service. I trust Sean and his team 100%. The last time he was out was March 2023 adding more uplighting.

Fantastic. They were excellent. They came in and got right to it, did everything quickly and correctly, and they did a fantastic job.

I spent a lot of money with this landscaper to redo my lawn and they did not follow up or keep their commitment to us. We called several times with no response--after they get your money the service is terrible. They changed the plan so they should have reseeded the lawn. They want your business and then forget who the customer is--
Description of Work: They landscaped our front lawn which included lights and sprinkler system.

Description of Work: We hired Webster for an extensive backyard renovation including a large stone patio, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen. We were having a small custom pool built at the same time, and engaged Webster to amend their original plan to provide a stone walkway and decking for the pool. The Webster plan also included landscaping and sodding the yard at the end, and we added on the repair and adjustment of the irrigation system. The crew was excellent to work with, and once they started, they worked on the project everyday, all day, until it was complete. They provided suggestions along the way that made the project even better. Their Project Manager and head mason has a real eye for design and detail, and he was very easy to work with. The landscaping/irrigation team was professional and did a terrific job. Webster did an excellent job for us in creating a beautiful, workable, comfortable outdoor living area. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment twice with Webster Landscaping. Each time I was promised an appointment, it never happened. In the beginning of July, I contacted them to fix my irrigation system. They told me that they could not come out this week, but would come out next week. I waited the til the end of the next week. No one came out. I did not receive a phone call. Finally, I contacted the office. I was told that they still have my appointment, but were not sure when they could come out. I call Antoinne's Sprinkler and they are coming out the same day.

Response from Webster Landscaping
On 2/17/13 [member name removed] contacted Webster Landscaping and discussed having had issues for several years with his irrigation, his well pump had been broken for 2 years and he had several valve issues since the summer of 2012. He was notified of the hourly rate for sending a technician and crew member to take a look at his issues, diagnose and make any repairs to get the system back up and running properly. He didn't make an appointment at that time stating the hourly rate and estimated time needed for the repair was too much. Again on 4/24/13 he contacted the office leaving a voicemail stating this time that Time Warner Cable had come to do some work in the yard and the irrigation wasn't working, he wanted to schedule a time for a technician to come out and diagnose/repair any issues. His call was returned the same day and a message was left where he was again quoted the hourly rate for the repair. Follow up messages were left for him on 4/29 and again on 5/10 when he was finally reached and said that he'd found another company to do the work cheaper. A 3rd call was received from [member name removed] on 7/29/13 and he again was requesting irrigation service but for the 3rd time said the rate was too high. (What happened to the conversation on 5/10 when he said he’d found another company to do the work cheaper? ) During this phone call [member name removed] became agitated and said that he would find someone else to do it. The office employee said she was left with the impression that [member name removed] was expecting to have his irrigation repairs made for free. The employee said [member name removed] was agitated and eventually hung up on her. As of 12/18/13 [member name removed] has an unpaid balance with Webster Landscaping since July 2013 and has made no attempts to make payment.
