Tony was great to work with, he was easy to get in contact with (more then he can say about me...). He never complained about the large stretches of time that would go by while I was traveling for work. He just told me to wait till I was ready. He came out to the house to look at our driveway and what we wanted to do to make it wider. Because of issues with distance to my neighbors property, we decided the extension we thought would be easy, was going to be very complex and not look as great as I imagined. Tony knows concrete and what is needed to insure the job is done right and the finished product will end up being what you wanted. While we didn't end up moving forward on this project, I will use Residential concrete for our needs going forward and will recommend to friends and neighbors.

I purchased this deal back in February and provided several dates in April to have the work completed. The contractor called within a few weeks of the purchase and said that he was backlogged due to all of the deals sold. He said he would come out in the next couple of weeks during a rainy day to take a look at the project. He never came to visit. I waited several more weeks and called him to set up another appointment, again he apologized that they were busy but he would come out to look at the project. He requested I email him my contact information, which I did. End of May and I still had not received a visit or any follow-up calls from the contractor. I called him again he said he would come out the week after 4th July to take a look at the project. I emailed him again requesting he conduct an initial visit and to call me to set up an appointment. I received no email or phone calls in response. Again after that call we waited and no visit. The coupon expires in August. I finally had to concede that he is unable to fulfill his obligation and am requesting a refund.

Before the purchase of this 'deal' I spoke with Tony of Residential Concrete Services in February and advised I wanted to get the job completed by May the latest. He advised it was possible and to go ahead and purchase the deal I had to hire a contractor to make the area presentable for a large party I hosted at my home the last week in May. He used large stepping stones and mulch to make a walkway and I can live with that for the time being. It cost me $300.00 for the work of the stone and mulch which is not really what I wanted but I had no choice with over 75 people coming to my home. For that reason I want a full refund of the deal.

Tony Wilson of Residential Concrete Services has been putting me off since February. There has been one excuse after the other. His last estimated time to get the work done has just passed. He told me that I could cancel the offer if I wanted to, and I do.

That was the only and last contact I had with this company.

Vendor failed to respond to emails or phone call.

Needed a quicker turn around for the job. Tony was professional, but had to cancel appointment to evaluate job after I arranged to take off work early. I think I need a local company.

Just before the start of my project I had to be hospitalized because of a personal injury. I was very concerned about how well the job would be done and how long it would take. Because of my injury I wasn't going to be around for significant parts of the project. When it came time to begin the job, Tony and his crew were on time and good to their word on every aspect of the foundation. As I said, I was concerned about how things would progress since i wasn't available to act as my own #General Contractorand quot; My concerns were groundless. Other than a weather interruption or two things went off without a hitch. Originally he was just here to pour a new foundation for a house remodel. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the efficiency of his crew that I had them regrade a significant portion of my property. Following that I had him rip out a broken and cracked asphalt driveway and replace it with a much nicer concrete one. While this was going on I had a and quot;friendand quot; who was out of work pour a concrete garden pathway for me. That was a disaster! It cost me three times what Tony would have charged and the quality was definitely sub-par. Tony will be back in the spring to rip it out and do it right. Any questions I had about any aspect of the job were answered to more than my satisfaction. I absolutely can not say enough good things about him and his crew.

Great company, and great work. they thought of things I hadn't thought of and provided work around the problems. They graded and poured several mono slabs and installed a retaining wall.
