Author made an agreement to perform the work. He gave me a date and time that he would be at the house to perform the work. He never showed up to do the work. He did not call to say that he was not coming to do the work. I am 70 years old and recovering from surgery. My wife and I moved furniture, flowers, and flower stands to make it easier for the Author to do the work. When he did not show up, we had to move all those things back to their place. I do not like to give negative comments, so I called the Author to ask why he did not show up. He did not return my call to explain the reason he did not perform the job.
