Repair was completed in a timely manner for a fair price.

I scheduled an appointment for a quote. 20 minutes after the person was supposed to show up, he wasn't there and never called, so I went back to work. He finally arrived 15 minutes after that. If you can't show up on time, and can't even call to tell someone you are running late, you wont get any of my money.

Robert arrived 5 minutes early and took about 20 - 25 minutes to complete the job. The window was slightly askew when replaced, but we were satisfied with the job. UPDATE: The business contacted us and was more than willing to slight problem we had. Nice...now that's customer service!

Robert and Lee arrived early and immediately began the task. Within 40 minutes, both the windows were replaced. They were very courteous and professional.

Came out a few days after calling to take measurements. Window took a little while to get in, but I think that was because of the supplier. The gentlemen that installed the window were very punctual, professional, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Whenever I contacted them either by phone or email, I always received a quick response. If you mention that you are an Angie's List Member, you will receive $10 off your bill. Overall, great experience.

Had 3 windows that had fogged up from broken seal and 1 window that had a crack running all the way through. Called them up and they sent an estimator out to take measurements and see what the issues were. They called back the same day with an official quote. They ordered the windows and came to install them soon after (takes about 7-10 days turnaround time). The installation guys were super nice and friendly and did a great job cleaning up. The windows look great! Would definitely recommend them.

They were on time, very efficient, very courteous and conscience of not damaging my home when bringing in the very large mirror.

They were very friendly on the telephone when I initially contacted them. The installers were on time and very pleasant. They installed the mirror and called me in to inspect the mirror. They positioned the mirror as I requested and cleaned the mirror.

Shower/glass personnel arrived on time and worked hard the entire time. Calking is very neat and clean up was done.

We contacted Wayne and he got right back to us. He provided a quote within a day and it was the best quote we received. He showed up on time with his team and they got the all three panes replaced within an hour. They were professional, thorough, fast, friendly and cleaned up every single chard of glass left behind. We HIGHLY recommend Kannapolis Glass and Glazing. We've been having a great deal of work done on our house lately and they are, by far, the best we've had the pleasure of working with. Kannapolis Glass provided an estimate for replacing a broken insulated pane quickly and installed the new glass as soon as it was available. The installers were professional and friendly.
