They did a very good job. The desk credenza was a bit more involved than anticipated because I neglected to unplug all of the computer, speaker, monitor, etc. wires coming from the back (totally forgot); but they unplugged everything and even plugged it back in which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using them again.

Keith and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. They really went above and beyond my expectations. The amount of material that needed to be removed was much more than I had anticipated when I initially spoke to Keith.He and his team helped pack the items to be removed ,helped unhook appliances, and all in the allotted time period. They made an unpleasant situation easier. nice people and I would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and service by Junk Guys. We contacted them on Friday afternoon, Jan 16 and they were at our house (approx. 25 miles away) by 5 pm. They removed a bulky/heavy 36" TV from our house and took it to the recycling center. The individual who move the TV for us was very cordial. We will definitely use their service in the future.

The team was great. Showed up on time, worked diligently and left the area as clean as they possibly make it. I had to pay an overage based on the amount of waste, but the pricing was incredibly fair and a lot better than I expected to be charged. We moved everything outside and they picked it up. There were small and large items. Overall, they were very good.

I contacted Keith on Friday morning and he was very pleasant. He explained that he had unexpected issues with his "main" truck but he would contact me that afternoon and let me know how his schedule looked. He kept his word and kept in contact with me that day letting me know the status of his schedule. We ended up setting up an appointment for Saturday morning. They arrived on time and worked quickly, leaving everything clean and tidy after they were done. I feel his responsiveness and pricing was more than fair. I would definatley use him again.

Once scheduled a guy & girl showed up & Got right to work. Took about 4/5 hours to clean out the basement of furniture & other items in 3 rooms. They were very organized made sure everything was compactly put in the truck to keep the cost down. I would use them again.

They arrived on time, were friendly and respectful. They were careful not to damage anything in our home. The whole operation took around 1 1/2 hours, and they swept up afterwards. We chose this service because they are local and because they do their best to recycle/redistribute anything they can. They were highly recommended on Angie's list, and we were not disappointed. I had hired a guy off of Craigslist, and he cancelled on me at the same time he was supposed to arrive to do the job. I was desperate and up against a clock to be out of a storage unit, and these guys moved all sorts of things around to accommodate me. They drove all the way from Concord (to Pineville) to help me out, and it ended up costing much less than I anticipated. I will always use them for this sort of thing in the future!

It was great. I called mid morning/ early afternoon and they scheduled to come the same day. They even came earlier than expected. Very nice and professional. I would definitely use this service again.

It was raining and storming but Junk Guys came. I was concerned about the mess but there was no need to be. They were awesome. They cleaned out the attic and cleaned up after themselves. Straight work, no pause for a break. They worked so hard and did a fantastic job. I recommend them and should the need arise, I'll use them again.

Cats had destroyed a futon over time, and we had several other bits of junk we could not take to the dump in our small sedan. Junk Guys worked with us to schedule a Saturday appointment, which was the only time we were available, and came right on time. They even took away, for a fee, some old oil from car maintenance that I had been meaning to get rid of. They were very courteous and helpful.

Keith and his assistant were great to work with from the start. They explained their services, costs, discounts, etc. very clearly and called to confirm before our appointment. Keith was able to schedule our appointment within a few days of our call. They were very efficient while working at our house and they were very careful while moving everything. THe price they quoted was very reasonable for the services performed. We were extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a junk hauler in the Charlotte area. Thank you!

Keith showed up on schedule and got right to work. Very professional, both he and his helper. Junk items loaded quickly, and they swept and they cleaned the garage area before leaving. Even helped me carry a gas grill from the back yard to the garage. Very pleased with their service, reasonable price, and we plan to use them again at our new new house after move-in.

We received great service from Junk Guys. Keith contacted me promptly to set up a time for service and the job was completed just a few days after I initially contacted them. Israel was very methodical in loading the tree limbs and branches into his truck so that he could pack in as much as possible. He was courteous and cleaned up the debris on the street prior to leaving. The load was covered completely by a tarp.

We had a Code Violation Notice from the City that had a deadline for compliance. I called Junk Guys after finding them on Angie's List and checking their reviews. I worked with Keith and he kept me updated all throughout the process so that I could keep the Code Enforcer informed. The property is now in compliance and I have Junk Guys to thank for that. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY WORKED FAST AND WERE COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THE GUY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND REMOVED A BIG BLACK SNAKE FROM MY BASEMENT AT NO CHARGE! CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT.

Very punctual and responsive and professional. Keith packed the items tightly on their truck. I expected that the amount of items I needed hauled would end up being more than the Angie's deal would cover, but the additional amount was still very reasonable. They even swept out the storage unit and nicely stacked the remaining items that I was keeping in the storage. Looked so good I had to take a picture and send it to my husband to bragg on their work! Also they were very conscientious in that they covered the truck tightly so that no debris would fly out and cause injury to others.

Junk Guys responded quickly to emails and phone calls, confirmed their arrival time on the way, and were courteous and on time. Terrific job. They were picking up a wet damaged sofa for us and even returned one minute after they had left because they realized that they were one cushion short - we had save one wet cushion for fabric samples - but we sure appreciate their thoughtfulness. We will definitely call on Junk Guys again.
