Went well. Was very professional and worked with us while we were identifying stuff to fill up the 3 cubic yard or whatever the deal allowed us to use.

Keith was prompt honest and very neat. Will definitely use them again. AWESOME COMPANY !!

I'm extremely please. It was very very hot but these guys worked steady and not only polite ...... funny!. It was nice to see them enjoying what they do.

I purchased a Big Deal - -$67 for 2.5 cubic yards of junk removal. However, it ended up being over 2.5 c. yards plus I had paint hauled away which required a $5 per gallon disposal fee. It took two men 2 hours to load everything onto their truck. They worked efficiently and took care to compact the items so as to take up less overall room. They even removed an old moldy book case that was bolted into the brick underneath the house. I found Keith honest and very professional. I would hire Junk Guys again should I need more things disposed of.

I'm in the process of moving which in itself is a very stressful and sometime overwhelming process. I needed to purge and purge fairly quickly. I contacted Junk Guys and they scheduled me on their route for today and put to rest at least one of my pressing priorities. They were not only responsive and professional, but they were also quick. I truly did point to the items and they quickly loaded up everything and hauled away. I would absolutely call them again and plan on telling my friends about them as well.

It all went as advertised. I called on June 4th and they came out on june 5th. We discussed what I needed to have done and they went right to work. Within an hour they had everything cleaned out and made sure that they were not going to discard anything that I wanted. These folks are quick, reliable, and dependable. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They were very clean and neat and on time. They did a wonderful job.

We could not have asked for a more pleasant and efficient experience. We had originally scheduled this to be completed a month out, however we finished sorting items far more quickly than we had anticipated. Keith was very flexible in pushing up our appointment date and he along with his wife arrived promptly at the agreed upon time/date to move the items from the second floor of our home and basement to a truck and trailer. I would recommend "Junk Guys" without reservation and could not be more pleased with the amount of work done for the price charged - extremely reasonable!

Keith and another gentleman (I cannot recall his name) took down this large hideous swingset that was in the backyard. They work very quickly and made sure the spot where the set was removed from looked good and showed no signs that anything was ever there. The only reason I put a "B" for price is because it was more expensive than what I anticipated and if a price is more than you think it will be it is hard to rate it as excellent but the price seemed fair for the amount of work they did. They did take off 10% because of the Angie's List membership. Overall they did a good job, responded quickly to my inquiry, and worked quickly and professionally.

Keith, the owner, was a godsend. I had a very sentimental piano that could no longer stay in the family. Keith's knowledge about pianos, disassembly of some keepsake parts, and what sentiment truly means was EXACTLY what I needed. He was professional, efficient, and discussed several options for the piano helping me to make the right decision. Because the location of the piano was not in the greater Charlotte area (it was in Salisbury) no one else would respond favorably to my request for quotes. For that, I am thankful. Those of you out there who have a sentimental piece such as this know it breaks your heart to say goodbye - and I couldn't be happier that Keith was the one who crossed my path. Thank you Keith!

Within minutes of posting the request on Angie's list Keith contacted me via Angie's list message and with a phone call. Within a few hours they were at the house cleaning up. Talk about customer service!

They arrived on times as scheduled.They were very professional and friendly.They worked extremely fast and hard.Went way beyond basic service.They even cleaned up behind themselves even though they didn't have too.Price was very competitive for the service they did.Would use them again in a heart beat and I highly recommend to anyone that needs trash,furniture or debris removed.they get an A+++++++ recommendation from me.

The driver arrived promptly. He was extremely nice. He worked quickly but with care. He loaded the truck and swept behind himself. I will use this company again. I was very pleased with how easy and simple this experience was.

The guys were great! They came in the window of time provided for me and worked quickly to get the job done. Not only was the job done quickly but with excellent results. I will definitely use them again when I have junk or old stuff I need to get rid of. I also think you get the most bang for your buck with their service over others I've used that cost a lot more.

This is the second time I used them and it was another great experience with a quality group of people. I spoke to the owner by phone, and he had one of his team out at my place that afternoon. The did a great job and I would continue to use them in the future with no hesitation.

They arrived at the time they committed two. Two gentlemen, one was the owner. Very courteous and professional and careful of taking care of the pieces they were picking up as well as mindful of the floors, rugs and walls. I could not have asked for a better service. I needed the furniture moved and they did so professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Junk Guys and would call them again.

These gentlemen arrived as promised and quickly began the sort and load process. How they managed to get all of that accumulation into their truck and trailer is a wonder! After everything was loaded they cleaned the area and left it clean and neat. This service is not cheap by any means but worth the price when you think of the backbreaking work and countless trips to the dump and donations it would take as a DYI project.

Everything went very well. We played phone tag for awhile but that was my fault. I am a teacher and it can be hard to get in touch with me during the day. They came out on a Wednesday and took everything in a few hours. Nothing was left behind and all mess was cleaned up. It feels so good to have it gone and not to have to have done it myself. We had to pay more than the 67 dollar deal because we had more square feet and I asked him to take away some old paint cans. I didn't have to pay that (they told me ahead of time and were very open about the extra costs.) I felt I just wanted it all done. It was still expensive which is why I gave a b, however a lot of that was my choice and I was okay with it. Great job!

Junk Guys were professional through the entire process. They were very communicative, punctual, explained everything completely, and were very friendly. When one of the large items could not be removed in its current state, they broke it down in order to be able to haul it away.

I got a qoute from 1-800 junk and it was priced very high. I called the junk guys and they gave me a great price. They picked up everything I wanted them to and were just wonderful. Punctual, right on time. They charged me less than what they originally qouted. I remembered something in my house that was to heavy to pick up, and they came in and picked up that for me too.

Junk Guys arrived and introduced themselves, slipped on protective shoe covers, moved furniture items out of the house and loaded them on the truck. They were very professional and cordial. We were glad to learn that they try to donate and/or recycle as much of what they pick up from clients as possible. In our case, they felt that the chairs could be donated for someone else's use.
