Keith and Jenny were very personable and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I can't imagine that any of the other companies that I contacted would have been as reasonable and done such a job. Jenny even swept in front of the garage and storage room door before they left. At my age, it would have taken me months and many carloads to take this stuff off, and some of the items I'm not sure who would have taken or how to recycle. Kudos to JunkGuys. If I need them in future I would not hesitate to use them and will recommend them to all my friends needing such services.

Keith and his son did a great job getting rid of the garbage and discarded wood. They left a very clean area, and even raked and swept the area. I'd definitely use them again!

Keith and his son arrived on time. They preformed the service very well. He even offered to get under the outbuilding to get more trash. We received a discount from Angie's List. He even emailed a receipt the next day because I forgot to ask for one. I would definitely recommend their service. Excellent.

The service was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised. We thought we had way more junk than they would be able to handle or haul in one load. The surprise was on us - they took everything that was requested and found a way to get it on the truck! When I talked with them - we were told there was no need to move or organize things - they would take care of things. They did as they said. They took great care to clean up each area that items were removed from as well. One of the items that was an added plus, is their time and effort to recycle as much as possible - so I felt we had done our share of 'green' contribution to the environment. I would recommend their services and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for making it so easy!

I scheduled the appointment, they came out and removed the debris I needed cleared for a very reasonable price. I was not able to be home when they removed the wood, they still came and did a great job and left the space perfectly clear. They called me when completed and took payment over the phone. Very easy to deal with and would certainly go through these guys again and would recommend them to others.

They worked hard and left our garage area much cleaner than it was before they arrived. They consolidate the junk so as to take up the least amount of volume in their truck which results in a lower cost. They also came on very short notice which I much appreciated. Their pricing is very competitive.

Absolutely 100% AWESOME! The best part about these guys is that you do not have to have all of your stuff "curb ready". They went into my yard and garage, etc. to gather my junk and load it in their truck. I didn't have to lift a finger. Very easy to make an appointment, called on a Monday night, they came Wed. morning. Very friendly and professional. Will absolutely use again. Highly recommend.

Everything went fine. He responded to my request for a quote very quickly. I was able to schedule the pickup to suit my schedule. He showed up on time and was in and out very quickly. He was very nice and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything else that I wanted to get rid of. I didn't compare prices with anyone else so I can't really speak on the price, but it seemed very fair to me.

These guys were great! I emailed about 10 pm and got a response that night, they worked us into their busy schedule the next day and the communication was great. I am moving into the house next week and will be calling them again!

Very professional. Great communication. They told me that they could be here around 2:30 but they finished another job earlier than expected and called to see if they could come early. Called them early this morning, stuff was gone by 9 AM! I was clearing out some bedroom furniture and expected to get it hauled some time in the near future. Not only did they get me on the schedule today, but they arrived at the estimated time, carried a computer table down from the 3rd floor, and finished before 9 AM! Very professional and friendly. I will be using them for my hauling needs in the future!

Great work, great work ethic, great hospitality, great couple! Started my spring cleaning in preparation for a journey into the housing market and simply found myself with too many tree trimmings, an unsightly children's wooden swing set that fell victim to the winter's cold and windy start to the spring, as well as a pile of a number of items that had collected in the garage over the course of time...and it all had to go! Things went rapidly in getting the house on the market and planning our house's "photo shoot" - and that's where CharlotteJunkGuys came to the rescue. I called Keith and he couldn't have been more accommodating, He even agreed to squeeze us in before our realtor showed up for the photo shoot. Keith and his wife took everything I requested of them with immaculate clean up. His pricing is straightforward as he will discuss in great detail with you over the phone - good to be by a computer, the truck visual does help immensely! They go to great lengths to ensure to condense your junk/garbage/yard waste/you name it so that YOU save money when all is done. Not many haulers in town will help you out like that! I already told Keith that we will not hesitate to call him when the time comes for us to move and we need to get rid of whatever we encounter in the packing process. Will definitely use him again and will refer him to anyone I know that could use a great hauler.

The guy came when he said he was and hauled away a lot of stuff. He made sure that he got rid of all the stuff I wanted to get rid of. I could not think of anything to have him improve on. It was nice; he came, loaded up and took everything away and then cleaned up behind himself. He was cheapest of the ones I talked to. He did not make a mess or leave anything behind.

Keith and his wife were wonderful. They called with the time they were arriving, showed up exactly when they said and quickly loaded all of the items. They were both friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would call on them agai n in the future. Great experience and it cost less than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone! Scheduled appointment several days in advance. Scheduled time passed so I called and there was a scheduling error. However, Keith apologized, came right out, and gave me an extra $20 off the service.

Keith is professional, but also very enthusiastic. He normally does a lot of hauling so he was excited to have the chance to tear down a building. He and his team knocked out the job in one day, when other said it could take a week. the spot looks great.I even got a 15% discount for being an Angie's List member I would absolutely hire Keith and his team in the future.

Called for phone quote which turned out to be better than others I called. Made appointment for next day service. Day of service I called to add a large piece to what I wanted hauled away and again quote was very reasonable. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous, gave excellent customer service answering all of my questions. Will gladly use them again and recommend to friends and family.

They did actually come out and look at it. It was to clean some junk out of the basement, we just thought it was excessive. They did offer to negotiate it a little. They decided not to go that way. He was willing to come out from Charlotte to Newton, which is a little bit out of his area. He would have done a good job. I would have hired him if the price had not been more reasonable.

I had originally called 1 800 GOT JUNK, who made an appointment with me, and after several calls over the course of the day to let me know they were running behind schedule, they never showed. So, I found Zach, who gave me a quote on the phone and arrived as promised. Both times, Zach did a great job, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend him.
