Junk Guys

I made contact with the provider who told me that he was on an unusually large job and really didn't have anyone that he could send to help me. The gentleman that I spoke to said he would most likely be able to come out on a Friday which was several days away. I told him that if I couldn't find anyone else to help me before Friday then I would call him back.. He then told me that he would see what he could do and call me back later that day. He called back and told me that he was able to come to my home the same day. He came and picked up the items. He was at my house all of maybe 15-20 minutes including time to collect his payment , he and another man. There was really not much to pick up, but I was charged over $200. I was given a discount because of "Angies List" and ended up paying about $186. I felt like he charged me more because he came out the same day and perhaps because he had to leave a larger job to come to my home, which I didn't ask him to do. I probably won't use this provider again, as I felt I was overcharged. I wanted the debris moved so that my neighbors wouldn't have to deal with garbage on the curb for over 2 weeks before the city could come. From now on, I will plan my clean ups closer to the city schedule or just find a "guy with a truck"!

It went very well. They arrived promptly on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours to get the job done. They also swept the areas before they left. They were very friendly, polite and accommodating. I recommend Junk Guys to anyone that needs this service.

Keith, the owner, and his assistant were prompt, courteous, personable and friendly! I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment and they were at my door first thing Monday morning. When I called, Keith answered all my questions and gave me additional information so that when I hung up, I knew exactly what to expect. Very thorough! You are in very good hands when using this company. Bypass the nationally known company and call Keith. I will recommend him to anyone that needs his service!

Keith was fantastic. He not only cleaned out the two sheds, but suggested a miriad of other things that I did not know of that also needed removing. I am living in Louisiana now and had to accomplish beautifying my Charlotte home to sell it. Keith called me while on the premises and pointed out things that he thought I might want to remove. Wonderful job. I am so glad I consulted Angieslist and found Junk Guys.I also got a 15% discount for mentioning Angieslist, which paid for my subscription.

Was able to come same day! Very concerned about doing a good job and keeping our home clean. Cleaned up old cobwebs and dust after they moved stuff out. Very Impressed will use again!!! Thank you!

They were on time, actually came early which was better for me. They wasted no time in removing the trash, were professional, polite, and did an excellent job.. I will use them again and would recommend their services to anyone needing anything removed from where ever they need it. Price was more than reasonable for the amount of work they performed.

Keith (owner) and his associate were punctual, friendly, and upfront about their services and pricing. They completed the job in a timely manner and even swept up my garage! While I hope to not accumulate that much junk again, I know when I need something hauled away, I will definitely call Junk Guys!

Keith runs a great operation. He's courteous and business like in all aspects. He called and said he'd be running a few minutes late, again, very business like. Once on site, the two man team got right to work, tackling the job of removal. They asked all pertinent questions to keep the work on track and were done in about 2.5 hours. This includes taking down the old shed, which had power to it and removal of all of extras we forgot about. I felt that the pricing was more than competitive and we did receive a discount which came in handy. I'd recommend this Company to anyone in need of quick and easy junk removal. A+ work Oh BTW- most, if not all of our junk will be used in some type of recycling program. I thought that was a nice touch to know that. Sincerely, JS

They did a great job! I called to schedule an appointment thinking it would be a couple of days before they could arrive. They were nearby and arrived within 15 minutes. Talk about fast service! They very professionally removed furniture from a garage. They were very respectful of our property and our things were hauled away within just a few minutes. I will most definitely use them again when a need arises and highly recommend them.

Keith was very responsive. It was a same day appointment, which I very much appreciated. He arrived exactly when he said he was going to be here. Removed items in a very timely manner. He even asked if I was an Angie's list member without my provocation. Top notch service

I made the original call and left a message for the services requested. My call was returned within an hour, and an appointment was set up at my requested time. Kieth called and and confirmed the appointment the day before arrival. They showed up just slightly outside the appointed time window, but once there they worked quickly, deliberately, and efficiently. After all materials were loaded they swept the garage, leaving it in far better shape than when they arrived. I was provided a detailed breakdown of costs, and they very reasonable. I was very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them.

Hauled misc items due to a moving situation including furniture, lawn mowers, propane tanks, mattress and box springs, even a huge basketball hoop(very heavy). They did it in a very timely manner and were very polite and affordable. Impressed by the husband and wife team who worked perfectly together!

They were here when they said they were going to be here and they told me what the cost was going to be before beginning. They started right away and were finished very quickly. After loading up all the debris, they cleaned up the site and were gone. I was very pleased with the work and the friendliness.

The team was great, they packed everything up and took away all of the junk we didn't want from the move of our home. They came out very quickly and the price was very reasonable.

The job went great. Both the owner and his son did a remarkable job. Not only did they remove the items, but also swept and cleaned the area around the space in the garage. We were very pleased and happy with their workmanship, friendliness and willingness to make sure we were taken care of.

Keith and Josh hauled away a couple hundred cardboard boxes and debris from our garage. They broke down any boxes that weren't already flattened at no extra charge. In addition to their professionalism, they were both as nice and personable as you could possibly ask for. Price was very competitive, then they offer the 15% discount to AL members on top of that. Would definitely highly recommend for any hauling needs.

I called on Friday hoping to make an appointment for the following week and even though they were on vacation they fit me in the next day. Not very often do you find people willing to go out of their way like that. They were very professional, on time and let me know ahead of time that they would be there shortly and when you have a dog and two cats you need to contain beforehand that is much appreciated. We are very happy and will use them again.
