Amazing service! These guys truly are a SERVICE company! Keith and Israel worked nonstop to get it done before dark on a late Saturday afternoon. They finished at 8pm. They not only took the downed trees, but also every stick and piece of wood scrap found on the lot! It was completely cleaned of any debris when they left! I did not expect that at all!! I am thrilled with their work!!! This was a complete trailer full of heavy logs, 8 yards total of debris.

Initial call was informative. All communications after that were clear and exact. The times they stated were exact. I will use them again.

They called before arriving to confirm they were running on time and arrived punctually at the preset appt time. They quickly reviewed the scope of work and immediately got to work. I truly expected it to take at least a half day to get the job done, but they were all wrapped up in a little over two hours!! Left the site clean and neat....even swept the driveway! Very friendly and professional people. I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. And I will definitely be using them in the future.

Two people showed up as agreed, on time, ready for anything. Paid good attention to what to take and what to leave. They left all neat and tidy and a quick pace. Basically, I emptied my house of everything I was done with. They got it all on the truck in less than an hour and half. No spillage, no damage to house or retained contents, picked up clean better than before they started, courteous and steady at their work. Everything -- whoosh! Gone!

they got to the location before we did which was pretty impressive.They worked very hard and I decided not to accept the Angies List discount and let them keep the money.I would recommend them highly.I did not get them by referral.

This is the second time we have used this firm. In both instances the guys were on time, did the removal quickly, and we're very friendly. They were also very careful to not damage any existing furniture.

Junk Guys is a wonderful service provider. I visited their website Monday night to ask some questions, and Keith called first thing the following day. He offered to come out on Wednesday for the job--super fast--but I needed some time to sort through items prior to work being done. Friday of the same week he and another person came out right on time, took a look at what was going, and got to work. On the phone he was able to give me an estimate of how many cubic yards I'd likely be looking at to help me get a sense of cost. I ended up adding more things the day the work was done, and it was great that they're able to accommodate more in short notice. They got everything out, even getting rid of an unexpected collection of carpenter ants that had congregated between some broken down boxes. They took great care to clean up the entire area when they were done, and everything looks great. Keith, thanks so much for the superb service! I highly recommend using them.

it went so smoothly, i wish our house renovations had gone that way. i called him up before i purchased the angie's list deal to see when he may be able to come and pick up all the trash because it was totally getting out of hand and I wanted some one immediately in the next day or 2. he told me he would put me on the schedule as soon as i purchased and he gave me an appointment for the next day and they came promptly. They were very courteous and professional and they went right to work. Thtey tore apart everything and made it fit on their truck and at the end of the job they swept up and cleaned up the area thoroughly. i would wholeheartedly use these guys again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We contacted them on Tuesday morning to understand the process and how much it would cost. We then ordered the Angies List Deal for $79 for a truck load worth of junk. We agreed to have them come over the next day, Wednesday, to remove the playset. I had taken apart the playset on the previous Sunday, so all the pieces were lined up along the fence in my backyard. They called before they came over to ensure that it was ready to go. They arrived promptly. They were very professional. They cleaned up the entire area and ensured that everything was taken. Since this was a large playset, it took up more room in the truck. So, we took care of the overage via credit over the phone. The process was smooth. I was very happy with the Junk Guys. I would work with them again.

We were super pleased with Junk Guys. They called to let us know they would be delayed due to an earlier job they had, and we greatly appreciated that. When they arrived, they told us what they would be doing and then began loading their truck. They were finished in a reasonable amount of time. We were very happy with their professionalism and quality of service. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their company for any junk you need hauled away!

Whats nice about this company is they will take anything and they also recycle. The guys that came to my house were very professional and nice to talk to. They charge $45 per square yard. I had to change my appointment several times and they were very understanding. There were 2 men who came out to complete the work. What's really nice about this company is they dispose of paint cans for you and you dont find very many companies that would deal with that.

Great. Excellent communication- was given a 1 hour range to arrive and he called to give me a more definite time within that range and arrived right on his estimated time. Was pleasant- introduced himself gave me info about the business and the Angie lists discounts. Worked efficiently. Will definitely use in the future and will recommend to others

Craig was very reponsive and flexible at a price that I thought was quite reasonable. He removed our old TV that I wouldn't even attempt to move and was helpful in providing an invoice that I thought would satisfy our insurance company.

I called Junk Guys last week to inquire about their services. They arranged to come out several days later. On the day of service, they kept me constantly informed about their arrival time. Upon arrival, I showed them around the area to be cleaned and the items that were to be kept. Several hours later, all of the junk had been removed, the area has been cleaned and the result is perfect! I am totally satisfied with the work and the price paid. Had I not used Junk Guys for this project, it would have taken me numerous trips to the dump and dealing with many old paint and solvent cans. They took care of it all!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment for them to come and pickup our "junk". Keith arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Both he and his helper were neatly dressed and groomed. They had our stuff loaded and where on their way in a matter of minutes. They offer a discount to Angie's List members and it even applies to a minimum load as was the case for me. I would highly recommend Junk Guys and will definitely be using them again.

They came when they said they would come and they did what they said they would do.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I have a relatively long driveway with a curb at the roadway and they did not want to back the trailer up because they were afraid they would scratch the driveway because of the curb. They made sure they took what I wanted and had me check after they loaded to be sure they got everything. They even swept the patio after they finished. It was great to have such a pleasant experience and such pleasant and professional people. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

On short notice, we needed someone to remove trash and debris from our property. We emailed the Junk Guys on a Saturday. They responded Monday Morning (both by phone and email). They completed the work on Tuesday. We did not have to supervise them and they emailed us our receipt before they left the driveway. They were professional, courteous - did the work they said they would, when they said they would. For us, it just doesn't get much better than that. We will definitely use them in the future!

They were awesome! Arrived during the window they said they would and took care of everything. I highly recommend using the Junk Guys. I will be using them again!

They worked around my work schedule and arrived on time. They were mindful of my dogs and made sure they were safely in the fence at all times. They did everything promised and even had to tackle a mess of Black Widow spiders! When they left, everything was cleaned up and tidy. Customer service is a very big deal to me and these guys have it in bucket loads! I received a quote over the phone, but when the time came to pay, Keith reminded me of his Angie's list discount and so I paid less than I was quoted. I will most definitely call them again if I need to. Highly recommend!

Things started out bad, but ended well. Keith was supposed to be at my home at 10:00 am. At about 10:30 am, he called to say that he had overslept. He apologized profusely and said as soon as he went to unload their truck, he would be there. He and his assistant showed up at about 1:00 pm. He apologized again and they went to work. They had everything loaded and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Because he was late, Keith not only gave me the Angie's list discount, but an additional discount for being late. Despite being late, Keith was very professional and did the job I hired him to do.

This really could not have gone better. Keith actually called me back within 30 seconds of emailing for a quote. It was after 'normal' business hours so figured email was best. Guess they were still working. Everything we were looking for, they could handle. Their team showed up on time, took care of a not-small amount of trash and yard waste removal, and thoroughly cleaned up after. It was actually cleaner after they left than before. Really can not say enough good about this company. We are dealing with a difficult situation, and their care, detail, and fitting us into a busy Easter weekend really helped a great deal. Will be calling back soon -- and watch out for the Black Widow's Keith...

He came and gave us an estimate of what all it would take to do the job and how long it would take. Keith and a couple other guys did a great job. It didn't look like they could get all of what we had onto their trailer, but they knew how to stack the items so there was not a bunch of wasted space. There were boards full of rusty nails sticking out everywhere, an awful mess. We were so glad to see it disappear so quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and it didn't look like anything had ever been stacked there. They wanted to make sure we were satisfied. They were prompt, courteous and hard working. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some stuff removed or hauled away.
