Description of Work: They came and removed a very very heavy hide-bed-sofa with mattress and one large wooden filing cabinet from our small living room. We literally had no room in our living space for it and I'm so tickled to know its gone now. I replaced it with Mama's toy furniture I been storing in their playroom until I get a play yard built for them. Its like a little day care now but at least we can walk around good and the babies can play even better now. Thank you Keith and your help for getting rid of it for me, I will have lots more later to have you come to get. Removing items from an overstuffed home is our goal along with just dressing up and cleaning up things that have been over due to take care of from sicknesses and surgeries and things that have prevented us from continuing any remodeling. Description of Work: I purchased a deal for junk and hauling removal.

Description of Work: Before renovations could begin at our house, there were overwhelming piles of junk in both a front and back garage that had to be removed that had accumulated over the years. When I initially called Keith at Junk Guys, I apologized in advance for the horrid condition and told them that I did not have the means to remove all of the junk, nor did I know where to begin. | |Keith immediately put my worries at ease by telling me that they had dealt with places like mine in the past that were probably worse, and he would gladly work with me to remove anything and everything. Despite his assurances, I was still concerned that he might change his mind after coming over to see what needed to be done -- but Keith remained reassuring and not judgmental then and throughout the time that he and his crew worked to clean out both garages. The back garage had not been opened in years and there were health concerns because the walls had rotted, allowing in mold and critters. Keith and his helpers never complained but removed everything -- it was unbelievable that he could pack so much onto his truck and trailer, and he took care of disposing of everything, even paint and items that required special handling. | |While cleaning out the garages, Keith asked about items that he saw in the back yard (i.e., an old swing set) and a storage shed. When I told him that I also needed to get rid of those, he quoted me a price to remove those, as well. | |Throughout the week that Keith and his Junk Guys crew spent in cleaning out the garages and yard, they were always friendly and pleasant to be around -- never once complaining about the conditions they were working in. There were some large items that I did not think could possibly removed by two guys and on the equipment they had, but Keith repeatedly proved me wrong. Keith often explained to me things that they did with junk to recycle as much as possible and protect the environment, and it was a pleasure to work with someone who openly shared his faith. Although I do not recall the amounts that I paid for the services, I found Keith to be more than fair -- particularly since they cleaned up the garages after the junk was removed. Another benefit was that Keith was able to point out to me additional structural damage to our house because of his prior experience as a contractor. | |Keith Snowden and his company, Junk Guys, were blessings needed at a very difficult time and the drastic changes that have come about since he and his crew tackled our nightmare would not have been possible without the extraordinary services that they provided. | |

Description of Work: They came and removed a fiberglass tub and the tile surround that my husband had taken out of our master bath. They were quick, courteous and I will use them again.

Description of Work: So easy to work with. Efficient and professional removal of several large furniture pieces and a mattress. The crew was friendly and on top of everything.

Description of Work: I cleaned out my crawl space that was full of old sports equipment and computers. I decided to have some one come and haul it all away. I called the Junk Guys after seeing there add in Angies list. I left a message on there voicemail. They called me back and said they could be at my house in an hour. They showed up on time and in 15 minutes all my junk was loaded into there truck and for a great price it was gone. I highly recommend the Junk Guys for quick and inexpensive removal of your junk

Description of Work: Keith at Charlotte Junk guys was amazing. I was in a pinch, out of state with a closing the following morning and last minute demands from the buyer. Keith took my call right away, worked not only to get me in for same day service but to beat a deadline to be at the house while someone could be there to let him in.
