There was a little miscommunication in regards to the scheduled appointment date but that issue was quickly resolved. He showed up and completed the job in roughly one hour. Overall I would use this company again.

simply found a screw was loose on a sensor. reviewed with me so able to troubleshoot myself if occurs again.

Ended up replacing one door b/c of faulty sensor and so old there were no replacement parts available. This was the door that gets 90% of the use and the replacement system is quieter and we now have a keypad entry pad.

The installation was on time and went smoothly and quickly. The opener and labor price was reasonable. The installer was very professional. Love my new garage door opener!

I called Garage Door Guys before 11 am to see if they would be able to come do the repair. I was told yes, they could do it and would be out later that afternoon. At 3pm I called to see if in fact they would be able to make it that day. The owner assured me that although they had to squeeze me into the schedule, they would definitely be out. After calling yet again, they never showed up, never called, nor returned my message.

My experience with Garage Door Guys & More was exceptional. I called to set up an appointment to replace my damaged garage door and they were able to send someone the next morning to perform the work. Rob arrived and was was very professional and provided an in depth explanation of the work he was going to perform. Rob then went to work to replace the original door, door frame, and upgraded the spring system. Rob completed the job within 2 hours! I was floored by the job he did. The quality of the replacement door and installation was far better that the original builder's! Will absolutely use these guys again and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

It work out they fixed the problem, so it was good. Well he did leave some water spots in the ceilings because of the steaming machine he was using.

Rob arrived within the scheduled window and was very pleasant and professional. He found one of the tracks was slightly bent and he realigned it. He lubricated all rollers and made sure door was properly balanced. The entire service took less than 30 minutes.

Excellent, called them and received an appointment right away. They were very courtesy and prompt in returning any calls I made to them. The 4 hour time window was great because they called to update me and then when they were a certain number of minutes away. The service itself was great, I felt I received some knowledge about garage doors that I would not have known otherwise including how to properly maintain the door to avoid larger costs. They resolved my 2 issues and were done in 30 minutes time.

It turned out fine. It was average. I've had no basic problem since then as well I've had to do a little bit of tightening myself afterwards.

A great family owned and operated company who definitely did an amazing and quick job installing my garage door opener on my new home. Even with a slight communication error between both of us on the original day it was scheduled, I STILL give them 5 stars for their professionalism. I would recommend them again

Had asked for the provider to come out and do a safety and functionality test of the Garage door for a just purchased home. The garage door was working, but while there had them to install a garage door opener. Very pleased with the service and timely response of them coming out to the house. Even installed a switch at the top of the stairs to open and close the garage door from that location. The service person arrived within the agreed upon time frame as well. Will deffinately have them back out for any other garage door needs in the future.

Provider called ahead as promised. He was polite and professional. He efficiently replaced the bottom seal of the door and then proceeded to lubricate parts, measure and inspect alignment and test to make sure the door worked as it should. There was no attempt to sell me anything extra. I was impressed and pleased with the job that was done and the time it took to do it. I would recommend this provider again.

I'm really impressed by the service I received. I feel like I got great value for my $99 purchase. Just the weather strip and installation alone was worth it. Let alone making sure my garage was working perfectly and tightening (and adding) bolts to make sure everything was properly secured. I appreciate the great service! Will use again for sure.

He was right here, right on time. He fixed the problem right away. He replaced some things for free for me.

Everything was fine. They were here March 22nd of 2016. It cost $99. They were late and had a couple of no shows. We got it all worked out and it was fine in the end.
