Good, the only problem was I didn’t read the fine print of the deal...only covered 10feet. I had many more and didn’t know it.

Punctual, professional, removed shoes for walking on carpet. Completed job and did extra cleaning around dryer and modified existing dryer line which we, senior citizens, appreciated much.

He came in, gave me a price, rolled up the rugs and took them to be cleaned. He was very professional and nice to work with. He arrived on time and when the work was done he brought back the rugs. They were well cleaned. I would definitely use him again.

All went fine, especially considering that our vent is longer than usual and makes a few turns. Only disappointment was that the outside cover came loose while the cleaning was being performed (it was probably not well attached in the first place) and tech didn't have caulk or proper tools to reattach it, which surprised me. I would think that would be a fairly common occurrence. Nonetheless, job was done in a timely, professional manner and price with coupon was very reasonable.

Went well. Arrived a little later than original committed, but they did call ahead to say they were delayed by previous job. Polite and efficient.

I think it went ok. My wife was home when they arrived and she found them to be professional. They replaced some insulation but noted some moisture affected areas (they did not want to say mold). So they treated that area and it caused us to pay more than the original purchased amount. I thought the charge was a bit high for the extra work done but chose to just get it done since they were here. I wouldn't go out of my way to hire them again without at least getting another estimate for the work. They may be fine for price but I just had nothing to compare it to except my own concept of that I believed it should be.

After rescheduling several times outside of the special allotted period (my issues, not theirs), Jeremy came to pick up my items last week. He was extremely professional and helpful and took away everything in a jiffy! I would definitely call them again!

They merely wiped the outside of the gutter with a dirty glove. It still wasn't clean. Never cleaned my gutters. It took 4 calls to get them to respond. They even left garbage behind. Looks like on Groupon they offer several services.. STAY AWAY...

There was a longer distance from the dryer to the exterior of the house than the initial price covered so I had to pay an additional $100. Still they removed a huge amount of lint from the line and did a good job of cleaning up afterward.

Did not hire. Nothing went wrong, I just changed my mind. This is NOT a negative review.

The man who came out and looked at my deck gave me the information I needed. I wasn't sure if my deck was past the point of being salvaged or not. He was very honest with me and told me that it may be in my best interest to cancel the Deck Restoration deal I'd bought and look at having many of the boards replaced instead. The restoration would make it look better for a little while, but that would be masking the true problem with rotting boards.

I got my dryer vent cleaned out. I have a very short (under 10 ft.) dryer vent line so their coupon for $69 was just what I needed.
