Description of Work: They were quite thorough, on time and professional. I bought a special but there were several uncovered items due to our house being larger than the norm. Also, we added some extra services on. That said, Iit ended up costing more than I planned but overall it was a good experience.

Description of Work: Pressure washed and sealed deck. | |The work was good except they missed a few spots and had to come back out to fix it. To their credit they were easy to work with and were very friendly.

Description of Work: They cleaned out all air ducts as well as dryer vent. They found a hole in the dryer vent under the house and replaced it with a much better hose.

Description of Work: I purchased a $175 Big Deal for Air Duct System Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Dryer Vent Cleaning. There were additional fees because we had them do additional work. They put a UV light on our furnace.

Description of Work: They picked up, hauled away, and presumably recycled what could be used of some of my old furniture. The two young men were very polite, considerate of marring my walls while taking the furniture down stairs, and quite strong. I was very pleased that they did all they said they would - and more. Thank you very much.

Description of Work: The service was great. My 20 year old deck looks brand new. The final price was higher than expected as the deck railing was measured separately to calculate the square footage.

Description of Work: They came out and cleaned the dryer vent inside the dryer for my 91yr father. My dad had a new vent tube and put it out for them to replace. Tech called me and told me it would be extra to out the vent tubing on. I told him I thought that was part of the cleaning. He told me no, it was jut the dryer only. He mentioned that there was a seal where the dryer connection to the tubing was broken and was allowing air to escape. He asked if I wanted that replaced, I said yes. A price was discussed. His attitude got ugly when we continued to discuss the original scope of work. He agreed to put the new vent pipe on. When I visited my dad later, that new pipe had not been used. Not sure if he used one of his own or maybe didn't do it at all. My assumption of what the job was supposed to entail: clean out dryer vent, replace vent hose/tube and clean outside vent. That's not what we got.

Description of Work: They put a plastic piece under out house and sprayed a few areas for fungus. First they wouldn't call me back. I had to call and complain to you then they called me back. When they came to estimate the work it was way more than the package that we bought from you. They did do the work so I guess that is something. Wouldn't use them again.

Description of Work: I bought a deal through Angie's List, but of course I had more vents and returns than were included so it ended up costing much more. HOWEVER, it was a long overdue service and they did a great job so it was worth it! I will use them again as I make duct and vent cleaning a regular part of annual maintenance on my townhouse.

Description of Work: Installed epoxy coating over floor of three-car garage. After several cancellations due to inclement weather, the team arrived on the designated day. They thoroughly cleaned the floor and then applied the epoxy. The next day they returned and replaced everything (including a refrigerator) in the garage. They did a very nice job and we're quite pleased with the results.

Description of Work: They were very good and thorough. However they did charge more than advertised in Angies list. Even so we would definitely call them again should we need their services as we thought they did a good job.
