Description of Work: Complete pressure washing on exterior of house, including siding, windows, gutters and trim. Excellent work, done in professional manner. Technician arrived at the appointed time, and was equipped with all necessary gear to complete the job as specified.

Description of Work: I really wanted to rate them higher as they were very nice folks. I knew it was going to cost a lot more than the $199 intro price, and it came to $1050. They worked hard and Josh was very nice. The job wasn't done to our satisfaction, and they came back pretty soon to make it right. There were still some missed spots. It took over 2 weeks to come back to put the furniture back, and they apologized profusely. Fortunately, we didn't have a party or get together scheduled so it was ok. It was not convenient to go up and down the stairs to use my grill. They spilled a bit of stain on my shed under the deck, and I asked that it be cleaned off, which it was. I think this is a fairly new business, and they are trying hard to please their customers. I wish them well as I try to support small business.

Description of Work: I called EC&RS to clean and sanitize my garage after a mouse let it be known he lived there (all over the place!). They were efficient, thorough (they found the deceased mouse) and friendly. The only comment I have is that the garage items were not put back in place in a logical manner or in their original positions. I had to take some time to rearrange the items in my garage.

Description of Work: Used a machine to scrub out and vacuum our air conditioning ducts, as well as our dryer duct. Too early to tell if it reduced dust accumulation in the house, but I suspect that it did. Took about 3 hours. We're happy with it.

Description of Work: They removed all items from the garage that they could (minus freezer/fridge/shelves, etc) and then pressure washed and sanitized the floor. Removed cob webs and other loose debris. Very nice job and good deal for the money. Very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: they cleaned out all our vents as we had birds in two of them. they cleaned out our dryer vents and installed better materials. They did a great job. Walked us through what they were doing and the price prior to doing it. I was pleased with their professionalism. They also cleaned up after they were done.

Description of Work: We hired Environmental Cleaning to pick up trash/tree limbs, etc. from the house. They showed up, took the trash, but left all of the tree limbs, shrub cuttings behind! I had to call another provider to come out and pick up what they had left behind as we were hosting a graduation party that evening.

Description of Work: Unfortunately I do not remember the date that they power washed my home. However, I do remember that the person sent to do it did an unprofessional job. The owner originally came out to review what needed to be done. He was very helpful and I scheduled the date and time he was to arrive. He sent the same person, instead of himself, to take care of the issues. After completing the job and leaving I walked the perimeter of the house and found several areas that were not rinsed properly and immediately called the business owner. He set up a time with me to check what my concerns were and agreed that he, personally, would return the next morning to take care of the issues. Instead of him coming he sent the same gentleman, with another worker, to do the job. When they were finished they just left without checking with me for my satisfaction. Needless to say they won't be back.

Description of Work: Power washed the deck. Replaced 4 boards and stained them. | |Felt like the price was a little inflated. I was not satisfied with the color difference in the new stain and existing stain. My husband was. | |Work was done in a timely manner. Did have to ask that some nails be put back. These nails were taken out to get one of the replacement boards installed. Had to follow up to make sure those nails were put back.

Description of Work: cleaned all air and dryer vents. I had more vents than was included in the special deal price, so the price was higher, but that was more my fault for not having read the details of the special deal. They also recommended and I agreed to clean out my furnace blower unit. The total price was quite a bit higher than I was expecting, but since my vents hadn't been cleaned in 20+ years, I feel it was all warranted.
