Description of Work: I contacted ECRS for to take a look at a toilet situation and insulating my attic. Jeremy was very helpful when he came out regarding my toilet situation but he never returned my calls regarding the attic insulation quote/job. I am not sure if it was just not a job he was interested in, but it's unprofessional not to return phone calls or emails. If it's not a job he is interested in, you should let the customer know it's just not something you can handle and why. Had he responded to my several attempts to follow-up regarding the attic work, I would not be writing these comments. It appears that ECRS is only interested in taking on easy jobs, so if you have something that requires real work, I do not have confidence that these guys will get back to you.

Description of Work: Called ahead to let me know they were on there way and started on time. 8am

Description of Work: They cleaned out the dryer vent. Of course since the vent was not on the outer wall, I had to pay an additional $60 which I wasn't happy about doing.

Description of Work: Service went well and preformed quickly. However the did leave 5 air vents in ceiling closed and failed to leave receipt for service. I called for them to return but had someone to come before they returned.

Description of Work: They cleared out all the debris in my very tight crawl space. There were a lot of abandoned pipes and random left over building materials. Then they layer down a vapor barrier once the space was cleared. It went great! They were very efficient and timely.

Description of Work: They were nice pand did a good job. They charge by the load to haul away, but the vehicle is small.

Description of Work: The two gentlemen were very cordial and fast. They also managed to load my stuff up in such a way that they did not have to chair me for a second trailer. Very efficient and honest!

Description of Work: They did an excellent job and were very informative. However, be aware that they will try to up-sell the more expensive mold spray, as the standard (not shown on deal) was not very friendly to the lungs. They were willing to cut a deal, so I wasn't upset. Also, unless you have mold (visible or suspected), this is not a necessary service. If you do have mold, like I did, it is great.

Description of Work: Top off insulation in attic and installed attic access hood.

Description of Work: They provided blown-in fiberglass insulation over a portion of my house that was not previously insulated and built a cover over the opening for the disappearing stair into the attic. The insulation was put into an area that was difficult to access, but they got it in there. The stair cover is made of foam board and doesn't seal around the opening, as opposed to a factory-made unit that would have sealed. The work was done expeditiously and they cleaned up well.
