Description of Work: I had the air ducts in my house cleaned. I had renovations done when we bought our house and the contractors did not use plastic when they were sanding and painting which caused us to keep having massive white dust on our furniture.They explained and answered all questions very thoroughly. It has greatly helped with our issue. My only complaint would be that the machine they had to bring in. There was no way to cover the wheels to prevent dirt on the carpets.Luckily, the wheels looked clean and we laid some old runners to help protect the carpet.

Description of Work: Were to install attic door insulation device and supposedly included 250sq ft of additional insulation where needed. After inspection they recommended extra insulation for entire attic at a fairly significant cost. Technician stated that the offer only included the 250 sq ft if you purchased more insulation. I felt that the Angie's List offer was very misleading. While we did agree to more insulation as ours was 25 yrs old, I felt taken advantage of. Another MAJOR concern learned only after asking if they were part of Duke Energy rebate program was that Duke would not certify them as they don't have Worker's Comp for their crews, which made me wonder what other things they don't carry for their crews. Very unsatisfactory experience! I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
