After a quick consultation and discussion about my needs for Direct TV and Wi-Fi bridging around the farm, the owner (Jack) came up with the economically best solution to fulfill my immediate needs and shared other creative ideas for future upgrades.

Jack showed up when he said he would, and did exactly what I asked for at the price he quoted me. I even mistakenly gave him the wrong spot for the TV mount, and after install when I wasn't completely happy (even though it was my fault) he moved it for me without a complaint. He cleaned up after himself, and everything looks exactly as I had envisioned.... I will be getting security cameras soon and I will be using jack again.
