Jack was by far the best choice for AV set up in our new home. My wife and I had a basic idea of what we needed after a trip to Best Buy, but Jack came in and did an assessment based on our specific situation. We discussed expectations and he tailored his recommendations based on what we watch and explained why his selections were different. We could not be happier with the results! All expectations were exceeded, everything was installed properly and our house was left cleaner when they left. Cannot recommend Jack and Easy Living Technologies enough.

It went great. No visible wires and all components connected without any issues. They cleaned up after and it all was neat and organized. They wore covers on their shoes to avoid coming in the house with their shoes. They were responsive and on time. They did what was agreed upon. They didn’t use double speak like other companies who promise and say anything and fail to perform. Jack and Steve know their trade very well. They are very knowledgeable, polite and professional. They do it all and very well. Wish I would have found them before the OTHER company did work that I am still having issues with. If you want a good clean job without hassle, problems, confusion use this company. You will not regret it. I will use them again in the future. Jack was very easy to work with as we picked the right equipment at the right price to support the leap into 2018 I needed. The goals were to replace a 2002 model projector with a 4K compatible model, make everything HDMI compatible, support streaming devices (but hard wired to the router for maximum speed) and have all remotes programmed unto one master remote control. The installation was clean and professionally done. After service tweaks and user error fixes were promptly done.

Before agreeing to work together, they provided me a proposal and worked with me to rebuild the proposal until it made sense for what I was trying to accomplish and spend. The guys were very prompt and responsive. They worked carefully and were respectful of our things. They take pride in their work and were very meticulous in their attention to detail. Work was completed in a day and after a small issue was noticed with a piece of equipment (not their equipment), they came out the next morning to address it first thing and made sure it was working properly before they left. A very straight forward and successful project.

The 2 guys were fantastic, we had to reschedule due to where I live but they made it happen. Friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after them self. They beat the competition else where. The price was fair and good. I will go with them again for my 2nd mounting.

These guys are top notch. Travis and Jack did a fantastic job. They really know their stuff. Customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. Showed up on time. Discussed what he was going to do with me. Had a mount on his truck that fit the TV and was cheaper than the one we had purchased from Best Buy. Programmed our remotes and we are pretty sure he did something the improve our picture quality too. Oh yes and Jack also adjusted the outlet so it was not connected to the wall switch. Cleaned up very nicely. Even cleaned the TV and furniture it was over after the job. Can't say enough positive about this team. You can't go wrong with these gentlemen. I Highly recommend.

I left for work with a 42” tv sitting on a table and returned to a brand new 55” wall mounted Samsung Frame television waiting for me upon my return. Highly recommend these guys.

When Jack came over he discussed what he was going to do while being personable. He proceeded with the job of installing a flatscreen wall mount, installing my flat screen, and mounting the Sonos play bar on the bottom, which looks really nice and flush. He completed the job in a timely manner, very professional. Any consulting needs he covers them with solid advice. He really cares about the customer and the proof is in his work.

Same day service was huge. Very insightful on helping me simplify a complicated pre-existing wiring set-up. Will definitely use again for repair or possibly upgrading home electronics. Leo the dog was a hit with the kids too!

Jack quickly diagnosed our internet network issue and fixed it. He also rewired our media closet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

It went great. Jack showed up with the cameras already charged, package opened and ready to install. Showed us how to work everything. And he was able to fix the AV issues inside the home very easy. He knows his stuff.
