Description of Work: It appears that the company is making their income doing estimates. Estimate for the project was outrageous. The offer was to provide concepts and ideas...none were given. I was given 10 minutes of consult time and it took more time for the company representative to sit in his vehicle and prepare the estimate on the spot. Asked for stamp or decorative concrete and was told they could do a broom finish and I could get stain from Sherwin Williams to add color. Pretty confident the company didn't want the job...just the $49 for the estimate. They have made NO attempt to follow up regarding my interest in the project.

Description of Work: Work included removal of existing driveway that was badly cracked. Upon removal, a layer of wet ground coating was also removed and replaced with crushed rock. New concrete was poured and multiple lines for stress relief were etched in concrete. Gerry and his crew were so polite and professional. The quality of the work was exceptional and all work was done exactly per contract and in a timely manner. He kept us advised of when crew would arrive and what work would be done each day. The new driveway looks beautiful and should weather much better than previous one since it has a solid crushed stone foundation. We would certainly recommend Dunlap brothers for any related work.

It has been a rainy month so there was a bit of time between the quote and getting the work completed, but Jerry kept me up to date with what was going on. He is very pleasant and polite.
Description of Work: Replaced bricks around the house, tuck pointed mortar, replaced part of concrete pool deck, replaced front walk way.

+ 1 moreWe couldn't be more pleased with Dunlap Brothers. From our initial contact to post-service communications, every aspect of our experience with Dunlap Brothers was top-notch. They promptly returned our phone calls, scheduled a quote very quickly for a date and time that was convenient for us, and - most importantly - performed excellent work. Our driveway looks amazing, and our patio is once again beautiful. They had an especially challenging job at our home because of enormous, old tree roots, but they took care of everything efficiently and left the job site looking neat and clean. They were polite, friendly, and hard-working. We highly recommend this group of gentlemen to anyone who wants top quality for a fair price.
