What a fantastic Job they did for us, and they did a great job for us, reasonably priced too.

I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Dylan arrived promptly on time and was well-prepared to generate the estimate. He used a laser measuring device to determine square footage and entered the data directly into his computer. He emailed the quote to me within a couple of hours. The paint crew completed the job on schedule. There was some overspray in a few areas. During the final walk-through, there were a few spots that required touching up and these were fixed satisfactorily. All communication with the office staff was quick and efficient. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a painting company. I'm very pleased and would definitely hire again.

Very competitive price, always on time, very precise and careful with no drips or runs. Proof of insurance was provided w/o even asking, along with a very detailed explanation of the scope of work, references, and on the spot estimate. We were kept informed about everything, which was done in 2 days very efficiently by Jorge and Luis, who made certain all the colors went to the proper rooms and patched/sanded picture hangar holes so well they are invisible. Plenty of extra touch up paint was left for us. Any emails or calls were promptly answered by Kelly or Taylor. Definitely would use again, pleasure to deal with.

Services were performed in a professional manner, keeping me updated on the progress each day. Staff cleaned up their work area each day's work and at the conclusion of the job. Ran into a "snag" with wallpaper that was damaged by painter's tape on an accent wall. The staff immediately provided several options to resolve the issue at no additional cost to me. The final resolution of the wallpaper actually was an improvement from the original looks of the original accent wall. The entire staff was excellent to work with and reasonably in their pricing. Definitely would use this company for any additional painting needs.

The painters did a good job and a site supervisor checked on the progress at least once daily. Payment is due after the work is done (no down payment) and 12 month same-as-cash financing is available, so payment was easy. The site supervisor made a complete walk-around with us at the end to make sure everything was satisfactory. The work is warrantied for a year, and they will come back to touch up any spots we discover during that time. We will use them again.

Independent contractor, Jim Ploughe, is a great person to work with and will do all possible to make sure you are pleased with the work. His painters quality has room for improvement. Great job on drywall patching. But the painting and trim work had to be re-done, a couple of times. Painting over wallpaper is a hit or miss. They missed and had to re-do that about 3 times. Then as a ?comp? for trouble, Jim had them re-paint the trim and molding. That was not taped and white trim paint got on new wall paint. It was not a neat and clean molding paint job. Jim and the painters will keep trying to make it right though.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The owner was very accessible and and the staff was also punctual. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would recommend this company to others.

We have 2400 sq ft and had all of it painted and any repairs taken care of. They did everything well and any issues we had were corrected immediately. Jim Ploughe also stopped by on at least 3 of the days to check the job. Bryan was here every day and made sure everyone did what was needed.
