I've been using BlueP for a few years now. They always do a great job and are easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would use this provider again. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would. The only the complaint I have is I purchased two - bedroom painting, knowing the bedroom they were painting would need more than 2 coats. When asked about putting on a third coat, Rafael stated there would be an additional cost, even though I paid to have 2 bedroom painted, so that was kind of a rip off. That being said, he painted the closet and primed/painted the blackboard wall. If you use this vendor, I would get IN WRITING exactly what your expectations are and what you both have agreed you have paid for so there are no disappointments.

Prompt, polite, professional during scheduling and painting. Careful to perform a neat, skillful job. Able to secure paint discount from a paint company they regularly deal with. Very courteous. I've used them before and they did an equally professional job. Was happy to contact them again for more work at our home and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

It turned out fine. I had chosen the paint color. Scheduling was also fine. He showed up on-time and clean-up was fine.

Arrived on time. Explaned jod. Completed within hours. Cleaned up no mess. Great work. Would use again.

Two men came for the work and they completed the job. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. The price was fair, but their customer service was nonexistent. The woman who was answering the phones and making the scheduling arrangements was aggressive and didn’t have great customer service. If it weren’t for her, we have had them do additional work.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for 4 hours of drywall repair. I needed several small screw holes patched and various minor dry wall patching done. When I purchased the deal, the site allowed me to request a rapid scheduling, and said that the provider would contact me within 24 hours, but no one called me. I had to call them twice to get the work scheduled. Rafael came out at the agreed upon time, but somehow didn't know that I wanted the work done on the same day. He had to go to the store to buy drywall mud (which I had to purchase for tax reasons.) The work was done within an hour and Rafael told me that because the spackle had to dry, he would schedule another time to come out to sand. He also told me that because the work couldn't be done in one day, I would have to pay a fee to have him come back. It took a week before I received a call to schedule the second half of the job. Rafael's wife left a message but I didn't call back because by then, I had just gone ahead and sanded/repainted it myself. I was having a party that weekend and couldn't wait to reschedule the rest of the same job. Nor was I willing to pay additional money just because the job couldn't be done in one day. I essentially spent $95 for an hour of work - not a deal.

The job done by them, was mediocre at best. The paint in the living room wasn't done correctly. I was gone for a period of time, so they weren't able to come back to fix it immediately. When they came back, they changed their mind and blamed it on the paint. I find out the paint they used wasn?t washable, as ordered. The entire house needs to be painted again. My upstairs was bright white. The downstairs was painted off-white and it cannot be wiped when the wall gets marks or scuffed, because the paint comes off. They offered to come back and repaint, but the mess they left behind the first time was shameful and the fact they tried to dupe me by not using washable paint, clearly shows they cannot be trusted. She insists the paint is washable, proving they know little about paint. I called Behr, Home Depot and spoke with several painters...all confirmed a SATIN finish or higher should have been used. Additionally, they took my grids off the windows to paint them. They now don't fit together and they have the nerve to blame my son for moving them, at their request. They did come back and clean the mess and missed spots. Day 1, I waited all day and they came for 1/2 hour, because Robin was tired, not my problem... 2nd day they just didn?t show... 3rd day it took 3 people most of the day to do the touch ups and clean the mess, which never should have been left in the first place. I would never have these people back in my home. In my efforts to resolve this issue, Robin made it clear, her way or no way. When I left a message, there was no response, when I messaged her again, she told me it was harassment, don?t contact her again. She is a quick talker, deceitful and very defensive that she doesn't make mistakes. I have nothing positive to say about Robin or Raphael. Ethics and morals is not a quality understood by either of them. They cannot be trusted. They portray themselves as master painters and they clearly are NOT PROFESSIONALS. ,

They arrived on time and were very nice. They communicated well about timing, what would be done and, what (if any) issues arose. It's hard to exactly identify why I gave the B on the quality, but I think they got it done so fast, I was a bit hesitant about how good a job they could have done. I have had much worse experiences with other painters quality, so I am a bit particular in this area. All in all I was very pleased.

Everything was fine, they came out, they are quick, and they finished in an hour and a half. They were very nice and cleaned up. It was A across the board. They even had a van break down today they were supposed to come out, on a Friday, but they ended up coming out on Saturday. They were definitely as good as you could ask for.

It was fine, they painted a bedroom. It took them about 4 hours.

Outstanding job. They arrived on time and were nice enough to wait while I went an bought an additional can of paint. Would recommend to anyone looking for a job well done.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They mannerism and timely work was phenomenal. My brother came by the house and was very pleased with their work. Yes I would recommend them to ALL MY FRIENDS....

There were two guys that came to do the work and they did an excellent job. They also gave me an estimate if they were to paint. They were very good and did all the drywall. They immediately went right into work and were even early for the job.

They were very disappointing. When setting up the appointment over the phone, it was very unorganized. When I could get through, their inbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. When we finally arranged on a time, I told her what I wanted painted. We scheduled for 8:00 this morning and they didn’t show up. I called them around 9:50 and they said they couldn’t do the job.

BlueP was great- on time and very professional. Our nursery looks great.

The husband and wife team was very professional--both in getting in contact with me about the job, talking with me about what it might entail, and in their approach to the repair. They thoroughly cleaned the area afterwards, were quick and careful.

Arrived before scheduled time. Very courteous and professional. Jumped right into the job once the desired outcome was established. Completed the project in the allotted timeframe. Very pleased.

They were very nice and everything looked good, except they got some of the stain on the doors and the spindles. They did also leave a cigarette bud on the porch. I also wish I had known they needed bleach so that I would not have incurred the extra charge.

Terrific, would definitely hire them again. Very nice people and professional, on time and did what they were supposed to do.

It took slightly longer than quoted, but we're talking maybe 30 minutes, not extra hours. We're quite happy with the work. We had 2 gallons, one of which was purchased later and ended up being a new formula. In the can it looked slightly different, and they notified me before they painted it to make sure I wanted them to go ahead, etc. Quite pleased.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. My experience with them was fine. Overall, they were very responsive. Robin and Rafael, husband and wife, they were really nice and really awesome. I would use them again in the future. Their price was awesome. They came out on three separate times, like I said, to apply different coats of drywall compound. They were very responsive; they went back and forth with our schedules.

First, arrange for the refund because: 1. Vendor claimed the Deal was shown incorrectly; wanted me to pay for sealer. 2. Vendor didn't respond to multiple email messages about the job and the fact the deck is elevated 10'. 3. When final contact was made, vendor wanted me to purchase another $200 coupon to do the job ... total $400. I refused the offer. Vendor may have realized that the job was going to cost them more than expected, but the offer is what it was. Better to take a small loss and keep a happy customer rather than renege. In the mean time, the same Deal offer still appears on Angie's site. I would welcome your finding and alternative supplier in my area to match the offer from BlueP. Thanks.
