They are very good and if we have any problems are we see anything we call them and they come right out.

It's an ongoing yearly. They come once a year. We pay 375 a year. They set big traps all the way around the house. They are very good and if we have any problems or see anything, we call them and they come right out. We've been using them for about 5 years.

A couple of weeks after the service call, I received a bill for $85.00. Because it was the same amount as my yearly service contract, I assumed that my check for that payment had not been posted and sent a copy of the canceled check back with the bill. A couple of weeks after that, I received a call from the company explaining that the $85.00 was for the 6/3 service call. I told her that I did not think that the service call was worth $85. She said she would check on it and call me back. No one ever called back. A couple of weeks later, I received another bill for $85.00. I called the company again, and the person said he would check with the manager, who was expected back in the office later. I expected to get a call later that day, a Thursday. However, I did not get a return call until the following Tuesday. The issue has been resolved, but I am disappointed not to have gotten a quicker response from the company.

I called to complain and no one called back ? Finally I called and reached a Manager, they have been acquired and all new personnel and removed all prior staff. Very stranger and very uncomfortable to re-introduce people into your home since I have used them for years. Currently, I have cancelled all service with them due to lack of responsiveness and quality control. The Mooresville office is NOT the locally owned and staffed as we all knew...

I have been very happy with Arrow except for the last service tech that they sent out.. He didn't show up, and I had a hard time trying to reach him. He since has been let go. They are easy to get a hold of and are very convenient. I believe the pricing is competitive. After Arrow is here, the ants are gone, so I think their quality is good. We have been using Arrow for 3 years and I have never had a problem except for that one time, with the one tech.

The sprays that they use are environmentally safe. They are very professional. If they are doing shrubs and it's windy, they won't do it. They will come back for a second trip. If you call them in between due dates, they come with no extra charge. Their price is competitive.

The guy that comes out is very professional. They are just not technologically advanced. They have to go through paperwork to find my information.

They are dependable and I really like that they send the same man. I am very comfortable with him since I have built rapport. Their prices are competitive.
