The initial process was good. We got a great quote . The price was very reasonable and a lot cheaper than what we got from other stores. We were very much happy so far. The problems started with the installation. Since they were back logged due to the snow fall in Charlotte, our dates got postponed twice and finally they sent us some new guys who were the ones made this experience a lot worse for us. First , they were standing around and playing a lot instead of working. The job could've been completed in 1.5 days but because of this, the job extended for 3 days and finally on end of third day they told me we were short of flooring materials for about 12 sqft which they could've managed if they didn't waste much of them earlier. Then we had to wait for another week to get the required materials to finish the job. The final day work is not very good as well. The flooring is a bit humped in couple of spots. When I asked about it, they told it will be like that only for few months.

They were supposed give me a plan, a date, and references. They never got around to do it over about a month. My brother called them to ask what is going on because they were supposed to give me a floor plan but they never did. And, that is when they came out and redid the contract. The next day, they said they would send someone to check the air-conditioning and apartment but they never did. They weren't professional at all.
