I needed a service for my elderly father. The owner indicated that she would take on the job herself. Did an EXCELLENT cleaning job but did not show the next time (or call). Communicated with her and she indicated she had another appointment but would contact my father that day. NEVER called to reschedule, or communicated back that she had rescheduled. Very disappointing because the owner was very engaging and seemed like she really wanted the job. Excellent cleaning but not dependable.

Highly recommend this company for cleaning. They really know how to clean. All business.

Donna did a great job. She needed to use the power head more on the carpet because of cat hair, etc. But she did offer to go back over it. She was very pleasant, likable, and did a great job otherwise. I will definitely rehire her. I was very pleased. I rated 4.5 stars for value because I never got a price from the owner, therefore, I paid a good amount for the cleaning. I have no idea if the amount was higher or lower than normal.

Ann & Eric and their assistant were wonderful. They responded to my short notice move out clean that fit my schedule. Their work was thorough throughout the entire house. I will recommend them without hesitation.

They did a fantastic spring cleaning for me! House hasn't looked this good in years. I look forward to working with them on a regular basis.
