 + -1 moreWhen we meet with Cas N Cals they seemed liked a good company, we where so wrong, they told us lie after lie, didn't answer the phone when we called left message after message took months to get all the work completed when it was suppose to take two weeks, left our fence and back yard in a mess for weeks, beyond an awful experience, they did nothing they said they would do. There word means CRAP!!!! We finally gave up on getting our pool cover and had it made by another company. They still owe us $200.00 back for the pool cover, beyond a terrible company, once all was said and done when we spoke to local people in Nags Head, they all had nothing good to say about this company, AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TO THEM!!!!... Should of done more invesitgating work on this company... Wish we would of now..

 + -1 moreIt was miserable. Owner not responsive. Problems with install. Employees rude and untimely. They showed no respect for our property . Watched me carry 80 lb stones and did not offer to help. They just stood there and watched. They new old tub was being gifted. They slit the cover and laughed about it. They charged use additional for parts that were included with original purchase price. Would never recommend them.
Description of Work: Purchased new hot tub and install. Remove old tub

Description of Work: Totally unethical company. They overcharge and charge for services not requested or needed. The owner, Brant, is very rude. This company can not be trusted.
