New Image Lawn Care

What started off as a good experience turned bad with this contractor. We agreed on a price and a scope of work. Then he finished 60% of the job and got paid 90%. During that work, he failed to heed the underground markings from 811 and cut my internet line. I had to remind of the agreed scope of work that he continued to try and reduce. Then we exchanged repeat communications over 2 months where I requested when the work would be done and I just received multiple excuses. I have since cut my loses.

Austin and the guys who work for him did a great job for us. He is very professional and made sure we knew how the project was coming. I would recommend and use his company again. Excellent service and cares about the quality of work that he is providing.

Kept in touch with me through out the process. All workers were efficient and took pride in their work. Estimates were made when asked. Price was fair. The yard looked great when what I asked for was finished. I will call them again in the future to do other projects I discussed with Austin. I am pleased.

Great service, Reasonably price!

I contacted Austin with New Image to get a quote on removing leaves and dead grass in preparation for planting new grass. Austin gave me a quote, I agreed and we set it up. Austin and his helper showed up on 1/16/18, they worked for about two and half hours and then said they would not be able to finish that day because some of the leaves were frozen to the ground and could not get them up. The only tools they were using were gas blowers. He told me he would be back in the next few days but he needed me to pay him in full that day. (My mistake, I did) I called Austin 1/25/18 a Thursday, he said he was waiting for me to call him, but he said he would be back to finish in the next few days, Monday or the next Saturday depending on the weather. On April 03, I called Austin on the only number he had ever given me to see when and if he intended to come over and finish. He has never returned my call and has never returned to finish.

Hired to handle a steep, iced driveway. Made contact quickly to both quote and book the job. Quoted a price for shoveling the clearing and then went above and beyond by placing a whole bag of ice melt on at no additional charge.

VERY nice contractor. Went above and beyond to complete my job. Did some things that I did not ask for included in his price. I would DEFINATELY hire this contractor in the future and will.

I needed snow removal so my movers could access the driveway and sidewalk to bring in my furniture. Austin showed up within 4 hours of making contact. Wonderful to get such a prompt response. Friendly.

Austin and his crew do a great job. I've had them to do several jobs for me and he was always very friendly and courteous, quick to get back to me and kept in contact with me. I will be hiring him again in the future.
