+ -1 moreProvided a very thorough quote listing options and their cost. Even included a detailed drawing of the roof. We had to wait until we could be worked into his schedule. Mike started when he said he would and completed the job in a reasonable time. He was very thorough in keeping the site clean, protecting our shrubs, and in giving us a quality/professional installation. We highly recommend Michael Pendleton Inc. for roof replacement. Mike is on site most of the time installing the roof. Paul, another long term, knowledgeable, professional individual, was always on site.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles/flashing and installed new shingles/flashing. Removed shingles and tar paper to the bare wood. Also removed 5 roof fans and repaired holes where fans were installed. Installed 40 year shingles, copper flashing and ridge ventilation. Replaced boots on heating pipes that protrude through the roof. Painted all vents and pipes. Kept the site clean(shingles and nails) and replaced a portion of the roof at a time, so unexpected rain would not present a leakage problem.
