Had used this company back in the 80's when we had a termite problem. Jerry (the original owner, and father of current owner Steve) came out quickly and treated our house. I felt that he was honest, fair, and did a great job. I called the company again last year when I had a termite problem again in a different house. Steve came out promptly, explained my options thoroughly, and performed the needed service in a timely way. I was very pleased that he seemed to have all of the good qualities that I remembered from dealing with his father. Recently I saw some termite activity again, and Steve came quickly and took care of it. I would highly recommend this company.

The provider explained what he was going to do prior to providing his service. After his service, he confirmed that we didn't have termites and explained how the yearly contract worked. We decided to sign up for the year contract. There was a fee for the termite inspection, but the quarterly fees to be under a service contract made their total fees less than other extermination services. We had used their service when we had lived in High Point in the 70's and 80's and were glad to reconnect with them.

This company is prompt and are either able to stop on the day I call, or the next day. They are a family business. They are not nosey and will spray every crevice of my home. i have used them for four years and I love them!

I found two yellow jackets nests way too close to my back door. I called Jerry Smith Exterminating early in the week. They were able to respond that same week. While walking through the yard pointing out the entrances to the nests, I found yet a third in-ground system! Mr. Smith was careful to keep me safe, and answered my questions about other types of bees, their behaviour and their whereabouts. There were several wasp nests that I asked him to spray, as well as a bird feeder that had been taken over by wasps, mud daubers and hornets. He sprayed all the yellow jackets' nests, and though he only guaranteed two of them, (he wasn't able to really see the entrance to one of the nests because of all the weeds surrounding the nest) all three nests were eliminated that day! Mr. Smith was efficient, professional, patient and fair. I'll call him again and highly recommend him!
