AAA Roofing & Siding

I've used this company before. I feel like they know what they're talking about and they're reasonably priced. But you can't get them on the phone, and they won't tell you when to expect them. Last time is used them, I had just about given up on them and they just showed up and did the work. This time I agreed to some work 3 weeks ago and have no idea if they are planning to come. I've called several times and am told they'll call me back but they never do.

Everything thing was done on time

They were friendly and professional. They showed up a day early for the work, because they finished up another job early. They noticed another issue and proactively corrected it for no extra cost.

It didn't go anywhere because we did not hire them. Called another roofer. They came out the next day, looked at our roof and gave us an estimate for a couple of minor repairs that need to be made.

Of the five quotes i got theirs was not the lowest but I felt confident about what and how the work would be done based on my discussions with the owner. The work was performed quickly and on schedule. Good clean-up after completion with all waste removed from site. A piece of their equipment dented one of my gutters the owner responded quickly and had a new piece of gutter in place within a few days just as he promised he would. We are pleased with the quality of the work, the price we paid for what we received and the professionalism of the installer and owner. Most definitely would hire again.

This review is really about 2 different exchanges. The first went pretty well and I was happy with the service. One piece of our siding came loose and was hanging down. The owner came out and gave an estimate, and returned a few days later and fixed the siding. Cost estimate was $200 and that changed to $225 on the day of the fix. No big deal. That all happened in October 2015. He told me that the piece wasn't put up very well and he put extra screws in. Early in March 2016, the same piece was hanging down again. I called and was told I was on the 'list'. I didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks so I called again. Again I was told I was on the list. In this time, the weather got bad and the siding broke off. Another 2 weeks past and I called again. I mentioned to the lady that it had been 5 weeks since I called initially and she said I was on the list. I asked her how long this list is and then she said the owner would be out on the following Monday, Wednesday at the latest. I never received a call. The guy seemed really nice and genuine, but I cannot give a positive review after the service we received.

I called AAA Roofing in the morning, because we concerned about the roof of our screened porch. The AAA Roofers arrived the same afternoon, and found that an area of our roof required sealing. The AAA representatives were courteous, and professional. Not only did they seal the area that we were concerned about, but they looked over the entire roof and found a vent that also needed sealing...which they did. We will absolutely use AAA Roofing and Siding in the future for the services that they provide.

Great! Ronnie is easy to get a hold of, arrives at agreed times, does a professional job and stands behind his work. It's great to have Ronnie to rely on. He's never let us down!!!

HiMy girlfriend and I recently had a new roof put on our house. We checked with several roofers in the area but finally settled on Ronnie and AAA roofing after meeting with him. He was friendly, professional and most importantly he knew his stuff! Price is often a deciding factor in these cases and while AAA roofing offered us one of the best prices of the bunch it was Ronnie himself that sealed the deal for us. The work was started and completed on schedule and it was done professionally. I would gladly recommend AAA roofing to friends, family and others in general. I would use Ronnie and AAA roofing again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job on my roofing and I would recommend them for any roofing need you have.

I called AAA Roofing and Siding for an estimate and decided to hire them to repair some locations on the exterior of my home where the siding had become loose or detached. He arrived promptly and inspected the exterior of my home for all problem areas and any other issues. He gave me a fair cost estimate and did a thorough, excellent job. Highly recommend!

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I AM VERY PLEASED. THE EASIEST CONTRACTOR JOB I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH HANDS DOWN!!!!! THEY SHOULD ALL BE THIS EASY!!!!

Ronnie was very professional. Of all the contractors I have talked with he treated me with the most respect and didn't talk to me like I was a unknowing female. He explained things well and his workers did a good job. They were here on time each day and were all nice. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up.

Job was completed with good quality. Left a wooden pallet and nails laying around the yard when done. AAA subcontracted work.

It was excellent. I thought he did a wonderful job and I would definitely call him back again to power-wash my house and for any other siding related issues with my house. I would not hesitate to call him again. He returns phone calls, he's prompt, he's reasonably priced, he's a professional, he does the job well and completely, and he is definitely knowledgeable about what he's doing and what needs to be done.
