turns out they are racist against black people like Jesus, who was a middle eastern jew with the skin color of coffee. Any self respecting Christian would not shop here. These people have satan in their hearts. I pray for them.

Dropped off the lawnmower for a new carburetor. Parts were taking too long to come in. I asked for my deposit and mower back and was verbally assaulted. There was mention of the color of my skin in a graphic way. Very unprofessional. Keep the $60. This was my tuition to teach other consumers not to use this service.

Terrifying! The female shop owner told me that it wasn’t covered under warranty, as I hadn’t grounded my portable unit, and told me I would have to pay $60 cash to have it looked at. I contacted Generac about this, and was told that was not only incorrect, but externally grounding it could cause electrocution, and to take it elsewhere. When I returned to pick up my unit, the owner became verbally abusive, and told me to get out of her store (sadly the language was much more explicit). As I was attempting to get in my vehicle, she came outside and tried to physically attack me! Thankfully, her adult son ran out and stood in front of her so that I could get into my vehicle and leave. Terrifying experience, especially with our 4 children in the car.

*****DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS****** This business is 100% unethical and immoral!! Brought my Generac pressure was to them for service. I was asked to place a diagnostic fee of 30 dollars. Then told I recover the fee should it be a warranty issue, or I would not receive it back and was receive a quote and a diagnostic result. Unfortunately, I was called and told I have a bill and it was not cover. It was supposedly "fixed" during diagnostics. The cost of the labor was minimal and not an issue. The issue is not the money it is the unethical practice of saying one thing, providing a invoice stating the same, and then not honoring it. When I provided feedback and expressed my concern, however, stated I would pay. I quickly received a phone call back from the husband stating "you've upset my wife and I am going to rip your pressure washer apart and put all the dirt and bad fuel in." Funny thing is the pressure washer came in with no fuel as I already trouble shoot the issue and siphoned the fuel into a jar where the fuel was clean. Well, he followed through and filled my tank with a milky jelly-like substance. Oh and the pressure washer was more than likely stored outside in their junk yard, went in with no rust and came back with a rusty exhaust. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Driving to Wilmington for warranty work is worth it! I have provided the audio from the calls and the fuel samples to generac, and have submitted the establishment to the commerce office to be added to the off-limits for the base. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE I AM NOT AN ANNOMMLY!!!

Was on time for pick-up and repair work, but due to serve snow storm for NC delivery was still good.
