 + -1 morePrior to his arrival the technician called to let me know when he would be arriving. He cleaned and treated all the carpet in the home. There was one area that didn't seem to come clean so he went and got his other van with different equipment on it and that did the trick. When the job was completed, he told me to wait for it to dry and if there were any problems to call and he would address them. The next day I went back and there was a bit of a dog smell, when I called the technician, he scheduled a time to meet me there the next day to treat the carpet with different type of enzyme solution that was much stronger. This type of chemical is one that could not be used with people or pets in the home for a few hours, so it was perfect for my situation. I plan on using Superior Carpet Cleaning again and will recommend them. They are super friendly and easy to work with.
Description of Work: The technician came to the house and cleaned all the carpets and applied an animal enzyme to rid the carpet of a lingering "dog" smell.
