+ -1 moreFind a different real estate team or property manager. Sue Cruddas managed our rental property for several years, and then sold our house. While managing my property, they barely communicated and put minimal effort into resolving problems. I was tempted to fly home from overseas to deal with it myself. Then I made the mistake of asking her to sell my property out of convenience. NEVER did she have my best interest at heart. When my renter approached her about buying my house, she wanted to charge me 6.5% for doing nothing. When that didn’t work out, we sold to a different buyer, and she did a terrible job negotiating on my behalf. Her only concern was to sell my house as quickly as possible, despite my loss, merely to make a quick buck. I didn’t even breaAgain, I never felt that she was concerned about my best interest. Absolutely go to a different agent.

Description of Work: Sue Cruddas Real Estate Team took over management of my rental property from another company who failed to maintain it. Sue Cruddas's team oversaw numerous repairs to the home and grounds as well as continued maintenance and marketing. They are currently handling a short sale of the home for me. This company has been professional and honest with me, keeping me informed and working with me despite incredible distance and international time zone differences. I am very pleased with Sue Cruddas and her excellent team of professionals.

Description of Work: I've been calling and e-mailing the Sue Cruddas Real Estate team for the past 3 weeks about a rental property. If and when they do answer their phone, the receptionist takes my name and number and informs me that an agent will call back within the hour--I NEVER receive a return phone call. I've called several times, and now I see why the rentals listed on their site are still available.
