Local community please be aware we have a new con artist business in the area he was sent as a certified whirlpool technician to honor my warranty on a six month old washing machine. By far, the worst experience I have ever had with a warranty service from a supposedly professional company. This man came out to fix a washing machine that was not draining. The day he came to inspect it he told my wife he would return on that following Friday to fix it, which is not an open day of business for them. I had to contact them on Monday and remind them that the service needed done. The technician came out to my house and in a matter of 15 minutes somehow fixed every issue that the washer supposedly had and did not even run a test cycle. Amazing right. So fast-forward two more days and of course I do not have a working washing machine still I contact the company to come back out and complete their service and fix what they were quoted to fix in the first place. the man tells me he can be at my house today to fix it and then calls me back 10 minutes later and tells me that I am just some **** *** kid. That can go get his **** done somewhere else because he’s not taking being treated poorly from a customer that is just telling them that they did not complete a service that they were paid to do after questioning him on what parts were replaced and the reason they were replaced to begin with. Look at all of his Google reviews and you will see that this company is nothing but a complete shame.

They guy came out and looked at the problem. He ordered the part and came out the next day and fixed it. It was great. They were courteous and the gentlemen was nice.

Everything went great. They have two locations - one in Jacksonville and one in Hubert - I called the Hubert location. The came out to look at my oven the same day I called them. The office called us back as soon as the parts arrived and they immediately came out and replaced the parts.

I really liked them because they only charge you flat rate for the service call, they don't charge for labor. They have excellent customer service and they are punctual. It's been great, they came out when they said they were going to come out, they identified the issue, they ordered the part and the part was there within 24 hours, they came back out to install it and they found out that there was another leak because the sill was busted on the dishwasher so they replaced the sill and then they found another leak in the door and they also replaced the part of that. They had got into it but they told me their office hours and in 48 hours they would call and schedule a time for it. Everything that they said they are going to do, that's that and they stick on it. Everybody else charges $100 to come out and that's not counted on labor.
