Terrible service. The technician replaced the fireplace blower fan, but it stopped working shortly after the repair. When we complained, the woman who answers the phone was rude and not helpful whatsoever. The technician then took the blower for two weeks to fix it again. Apparently he did not tighten all of the hardware so a few screws were loose. Two weeks for a loose screw. Absolutely terrible quality of work and customer service.

The provider never cleaned my unit stating it didnt need to be pulled out and cleaned. Another inspector looked at my insert 2 weeks prior and said "it was a mess and really needed to be pulled out and cleaned" (this one never came back to my house ). I have lived here for 13 years and the insert has never been pulled out and cleaned and I burn a lot of wood. This provider did go on the roof to inspect my chimney and said I had some cracks in the cap and he could fix the cracks for an additional $200--outrageous I thought so this hasn't been done. Now I am hiring someone else to re-inspect my chimney and clean my insert PROPERLY!
